A new motor was installed in Jan 2022. When another matter of concern later arose, Bryans also went out to check. Then in Sep 2022, I needed a condensate pump for my furnace which is at least 17 years old. A new pump was installed in 2 days, and the job done by Paul took only 1/2 hour. It is a great blessing to know that Bryans' entire staff live and work by such an excellent code of service. I can close my eyes and know that they will be dependable and trustworthy. We had a leaky electric water heater at our storefront and wasn't sure who to contact. My previous…read moreexperience with a dishwasher leak left me weary of contacting larger plumbing companies. I started searching on Yelp and decided to use their quote request option where I simply state what plumbing issues I have and Yelp will send the quote request to multiple companies. Yelp messaged two companies and Intense Mechanical was one of them. Karan is the owner and he responded very quickly. I told him that I wish to change out the water heater instead of fixing it because it is extremely old. I also told him I hope the installation can be done within one visit (to save time and money). He was able to accommodate that and guided me clearly and patiently - through text and phone call - on how and where to find the required info so he's able to purchase the correct water heater and bring all the needed materials to make sure everything can be done within one visit. He got back to me within one day with a quote that was very reasonably priced. Our old water heater was sitting on a small plywood plank and the leak caused severe damage to the plank. Instead of purchasing a new plank, Karan decided to hang the small water heater on the wall - a creative and smart decision which created more space, making the originally cramped corner much more breathable, functional and aesthetically pleasing. We have already recommended two of our clients to Karan when they saw the new, beautifully installed water heater at our store, and we will continue to do so if any of our family/friends/clients have any plumbing problems.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more FYI: The following information was gathered from two other sources that also inspected the plumbing and correctly determined the problem. My elderly mother-in-law's home had waste water starting to back up into the house so 250 Plumber was called in a panic. Brock came to the residence to investigate and apparently spent 6 hours there (according to the bill), scoped the drain but reportedly went the wrong direction (uphill, when water generally flows downhill). In addition, I believe this also involved installing a new cleanout although one already existed. The scope reportedly went uphill after meeting the tee to the main drain, rather than downhill, and ran into the termination box at the upper end of the drain pipe. I mentioned the situation to the plumber but the plumber stands by his work, despite the errors confirmed by the other plumber and property owner and refuses to negotiate the amount of the bill. Like I said: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Buyer beware of Customer Service…read more We had a power outage on October 13, 2020, and when the power came back on our heat pump did not. My husband called JT Total Heating and told Val on the phone about our issue and the reply "we didn't install it". He said yes, we bought it and it was installed two years ago by you. She told him she would talk to someone and get back to us. I called back over two hours later as we hadn't heard from anyone and there's no heat in the house. The call was answered by Val who took the original call. There was absolutely no customer service from Val, all I heard were excuses coming that she couldn't get a hold of anyone and that we are in a pandemic so it will be two weeks before someone could come because service calls now are booking into February with all the snowbirds staying in town. My husband asked if they have anyone that deals with urgent calls like this she said no because they don't deal with emergencies and we are not considered one since we have a fire place and there are worse people out there in need. The fire place does not heat the house I told her. She told me to go somewhere else so I did and got superb service. JT Total Heating has lost two customers and I will continue to tell people how terrible their service is. I will letting different social media channels know about my experience with JT Total Heating. Typical small owned store with crappy customer service after they do the job.
