The young man working there was friendly and patient, allowing me to sample several options before making my decision. I didn't stop at the savory options. I also sampled some sweet flavors and ended up taking home the banana pudding popcorn along with the cheeseburger flavor. Both were delicious and definitely different from your average movie theater popcorn. I ended up giving my cheeseburger popcorn away, and enjoyed my banana pudding flavor. I also love supporting Black-owned businesses, especially when they're bringing something unique to the area. Now for the downsides. The popcorn is a bit pricey, but to be fair, this is gourmet popcorn, not a $5 tin from the grocery store. My bigger concern was the appearance of the space. The decor felt sparse, and the back area looked a little unkempt, which took away from the overall experience. The location is also a bit unexpected, tucked into a residential apartment complex area. That said, there are other businesses nearby, and it feels like one of those up-and-coming spots that's still finding its footing. I purchased a medium size bag of kettle corn popcorn on Thursday, August 6 2026. I wasn't the first person in the store. There was a female Med Military office being helped with her store couple that he was explaining to her. While she was considering her option he took my order and said it would be out in a minute. I receive very bad customer service. She was a young female, and I was an older 63-year-old female. I ordered my kettle corn and then he went back to the other lady who he offered other popcorn to try mine and went into more detail hows the couple worked. Never offering me the couple or samples. I did try to tell him that I had a large order coming in via ordering on his site and I just came in to try the kettle corn. The large order for a baby shower. He was rude and not offering me samplers but just brushing me off and didn't even offer me the information about the couple or whatever it was to get a discount on future purchases. I felt discriminated because I was not given the same courtesy and respect as the younger lady. On the other hand, the popcorn was fresh. It was good, but the customer service received from this man makes me not want to go back. I'd rather go down to Mitchell's farm in Clinton to get my popcorn from now on with the options a few but the service is great. Well because it was a special request to get the popcorn from here because of the different flavors I had no choice but if I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now I would've searched around to find another place to go to where I'm not discriminated because of my age but treated like everyone else. read more

My favorite savory flavors are jalapeño nacho, hot wings mixed with bleu cheese, jalapeño ranch, and spicy pepper jack. They're all delicious and crispy! For the sweet flavors, I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet crab flavor because it's sweet with a little hint of spice. The maple butter and almond toffee crunch are also nice. Mandatory visit! I got off work the other day, and decided to go and try some popcorn. Was I glad I did it? Yes. My first experience with this popcorn heaven was at Christmas and I have been trying to get back ever since! I consider myself a popcorn aficionado and this popcorn is the absolute best. The service here is top notch and they allow you to try as many flavors as you like without making you feel like you're putting them out. Jalani greeted us with his dazzling smile and immediately made us feel welcomed. Jalani allowed us to try multiple flavors, and believe me, your girl tried almost all of them :) It amazes me how they can emulate flavors like grilled steak, wedding cookies, street corner, and sweet crab and be spot on! My daughter asked Jalani how they get the flavors so on point. His response was "with good ingredients and love.". Well, each kernel you pop in your mouth says love. They appear to have flavors you can always count on, and they also have weekly specials and seasonal flavors. The owner Badge, was delightful offering up flavor combos I hadn't thought of and he even asked if we had any suggestions for new flavors. I saw a post someone made in a Facebook group about this small black-owned business, so I decided to try it out yesterday. I love popcorn, so I was really excited when I found out that they have almost 50 homemade flavors! I met the owner, Yasmine, and her husband. She was so kind to let me sample each of the popcorn flavors. I asked her questions about her business and she told me that she handcrafts these flavors fresh. I was thoroughly pleased with all the flavors I tried! The flavors were so rich! I had such a difficult time picking which ones I wanted, so I ended up getting five medium sized bags! You are also able to mix flavors which is super fun. I decided to get: 2 Cheese mixed with Bleu Cheese (SO addictive) Birthday Cake (It even has sprinkles!!) Cloud 9 (White cheddar mixed with caramel) Banana Pudding (Which has actual vanilla wafers in it! Omg) Strawberry Shortcake mixed with NY Cheesecake (A perfect combo) I can honestly say that they really made an impression on me, as I decided to create a Yelp business page and do a TikTok review for them. This is a place I've wanted to visit for a while now, especially with Garrett Popcorn no longer in business. When I found out it was black-owned, I was even more excited to support it. On the day that I decided to visit, I bet I only got one foot in the door before the elderly woman employee yelled at me, "You can't bring your dog in here." I tried to open my mouth to respond but before I could even form a complete statement she repeated the same thing. I just smiled and turned around to leave. If I would've been allowed to respond, she would have found out that my dog is a registered service animal. At the end of the day, I did not feel like arguing and decided to leave. Besides, I had a whole box of popcorn at home for less than the price of a small bag at this establishment, and my goal was really to support black business that day. I went home, popped my bag of popcorn, and was just as happy! While I can't tell you how the popcorn tastes, I can say it at least smelled good, which is why they didn't receive one star. I would just advise anyone with a service animal to find another place to go, as you will not be welcomed here. read more

We got to taste as many flavors as we wanted and he even threw in a spicy tour which is a tasting of all his spicy flavored popcorns. It was amazing!!
