Most stores are willing to accommodate exchanges. They weren't very friendly either. I will not come back here which is sad because I shopped there many times in the past.

When you ask to chat with a rep it takes so long that it times you out and end chat session (session expired) after waiting 30 min. literally happened to me three times in a row. I got a text about 30 minutes later that it was ready! So I went to pick it up, and she pulled it out to show me, and to my shock I realized I had put the wrong date I wanted on it. I started freaking out and apologizing and she immediately told me not to worry, that she would fix it! She got the correct date, and told me to come back in about an hour..
