The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the popcorn is pre-made, and there's no option to have it served hot and fresh. Still, the quality and flavor selection make it worth a visit. The owner/clerk was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. There's no parking directly available, but you can easily park across the street where there are plenty of spaces.
