This was my first time in a Pop Mart. Jojo was excellent! Her product knowledge and ability to help me pick out Christmas gifts for my 6 year old grandson was amazing! The store was clean and well organized. The lines moved smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience.

We decided to visit one Sunday evening when there was no line. We had walked by several times prior to the grand opening and were curious to check it out but are not obsessed enough with Labubus to wait in a long time. The inside is actually quite small but cute (kawaii) and full of various collectables, blind boxes, etc. Yes, there are Labubus on display but no, they did not have any in stock. It's kind of like going into a Rolex store and admiring all the models on display only to be told none of them are actually for sale. The staff seemed very friendly but really didn't give any indication of when they might have more Labubus in stock. This is overall a very cute store, and we will probably pop in again when there's no line to see what's in stock.

So many cute toys at Pop Mart! I've always loved blind boxes since tokidoki unicorns so we had to try these toys. We got the Big into energy and Exciting Macaron pastel colored labubus. We also got the Disney Mickey Mouse blind boxes and luckily got the ones we wanted! There were 2 Disney boxes we've seen at a downtown Disney store. So many options here!

As usual, every thing that you want is online order for pickup only. I think its just some sort of scheme to make the items more desirable cuz u cant get them in stores yet they just keep producing them nonstop Ok enough of the rant. I do have most of the labubu anyways but I sold them... the store is nice size with all the labubu displayed but unavailable. All the big plush. Nope. The small plush. Nope. The new plush plugs. Nope. One piece. Nope. Supermarket. Nope. Even World of war craft is sold out... they do have league of legend and the almost hidden series Picked up a case of the almost hidden mini figures. And a couple if skullpanda. Didn't get the ones I want... boohoo... I will try in asia. That's how I got my checkmate and fall in the winds labubu. Anyhow, I see a popmart I will check it. And as always come out disappointed as there is nothing to get.... nice displays though

I stopped by the Pop Mart soft opening in Downtown Summerlin today, and WOW - what a fun surprise! First of all, the store is aesthetic goals. Bright, colorful, and filled wall-to-wall with the cutest collectible blind boxes you've ever seen. If you're into art toys, designer figures, or anything remotely kawaii, you're going to want to bring your self-control (or maybe just your credit card). The staff was super welcoming and seemed genuinely excited to introduce people to the Pop Mart brand. A Big win for local collectors. Since it's the soft opening, not everything is fully stocked yet, and there were a few popular series that were already sold out (word travels fast!), but the team said they'll be restocking soon and bringing in exclusive collabs. Can't wait to come back when they officially open--Downtown Summerlin really needed something this fresh and playful. *Pro tip: Get there early if you're trying to snag a fan-favorite set. * Each blind box runs about $12-$18, depending on the series.

If you're a die‑hard Popmart, blind‑box, designer toy collector, the Summerlin store is a must-visit for its immersive aesthetic and exclusive drops. But if you're browsing casually, be prepared for limited inventory, and steep prices. Service was great as we walked through the doors. Store is a bit compacted, therefore recommend to arrive early once store opens as throughout the day can get busy.

I happened to pass by and saw the store in the corner. (Caught me off guard.) This store is big and the lighting is so bright. Loved the employee shirts. Plenty of inventory (except the Labubu dolls). Store is spacious, but they do have someone keeping count of how many customers there are and not go over cap.

Wow! Amazing service from the Pop Mart employees there today, especially from Cindy! We had a big order that totaled around maybe 4k. They do have bags available in store for shopping use, but the other store associate (Im sorry, we didn't catch your name! But it was a taller gentleman with twin braids and a labubu sticker on his lanyard tag ), kindly offered to take our purchases and hold them behind the counter while we shopped. They have a great selection of items and the displays were very cute! From Labubus, Hironos, Skull Pandas, Disney, Cry Babies, and more! The store is clean, tidy, and they are careful about crowd control as it can get very busy. Cindy was very helpful throughout the store and at checkout, assisting us with questions and concerns that we had about buying individual boxes vs big multi-pack boxes. As we were checking out, we started to notice a line forming behind us with the amount of items we bought, but Cindy kept her head cool and didn't rush us as wee kept apologizing for holding up the line, but Cindy's coworker was smooth and friendly, keeping the line moving while we held it up. Unfortunately, the receipt printer also cut off our purchases printed at a certain point, but Cindy was resourceful, cool, and quick as she then offered for us to do separate receipts--the line steadily growing behind us. Cindy was also kind enough to throw in some freebies that you can receive after signing up for Pop Mart's loyalty program! Overall, amazing customer service from an amazing team at Pop Mart. Definitely will be back in the future! (As a side note; bags for your purchases are 40¢ each)

Mostly all we knew was we were tired of spending money on junk to only have it breakdown in a week or so. First thing you notice when you pull up to the store is the racetrack painted in the parking lot complete with several ramps. Guess what? It's free to use! 24/7! We went inside and we met with Floyd ceiling RC cars, parts accessories everywhere! It was exciting to see just how far this rabbit hole could go! In another section of the store stem-centric toys (like science kits and build your own RC Lego cars) and another section is dedicated to 3-D printing. Still further in are three indoor tracks that you pay for time on. One is a super fast carpeted racetrack, and then there are two rock crawling tracks one for minis and one for regular cars. Dotted throughout the store are numerous arcade games that are free to play. All of that sounds awesome enough, but the friendly staff are amazingly knowledgeable and endlessly helpful. They don't make you feel like idiots for not knowing everything they do. They really are friendly and I've already spent a small fortune there!

They gave me some story about they're expecting a big shipment in, but it wasn't there so I don't recommend this business to do anything with 3D printing. They also have numerous boxes of their own brand of PLA filament that I wouldn't trust if you gave it to me for free. I think it'd be nice if you inform people who actually makes your filament because I know you don't. With friendly in your name I would've thought you would've been more friendly to your customer. I tried several times to make small talk with the people behind the counter and they had nothing to do with me. The person behind the counter told me that the business was sold to a new owner. I suspect it'll go out of business very soon. If the owner reads this, you need to train your staff a little bit more and how to deal with customers in a friendly way since it is in your name.

Probably the worst shop in Vegas. The only good thing is they have a lot of inventory. The bad…read morething is they have a lot of inventory because they want people to pay 130-150% of market . My husband went in to buy Uta manga psa10 . Last sales were all around 720$ and a couple at 800$ . 800 was highest sale . My husband offered highest last sold at 800$ and they said no we are firm at 850+tax . Not willing to even sell at market or slightly higher . They want 50$ plus tax over market on a one piece card which is down right now on a card with low hype . It's not like Uta is going to skyrocket in the near future . This has consistently been our experience the last 5 or 6 times we have been here . Staff is also rude when you negotiate for market I would suggest going to the other shops in town who are more down to earth. I've never had a shop turn down highest last sale in a card . Even more so when last few sales where at 720 UPDATE : responding to the owners comments . We were looking at market live no one is sensitive to market changes . Instead of her being firm and hard on the sale she should know to go back and ask if they can sell it at 800. I know you would have taken 800 because that's slightly above market but your rep wasn't even willing to ask and that's the problem . We looked at comps together and both agreed the comps justify 800$ but she still chose to say no we are firm at 850 instead of asking someone higher up . This isn't the first time either . This would be about the 5-6 time we had a similar experience buying and selling . My husband did a review months back dealing with an issue similar when selling and considering multiple people hearted the comment , it shows he is not the only one experiencing this . Your staff should know to go ask if the comps make sense instead of putting up a brick wall and out of ego saying "no we are firm at 130% of market 2nd UPDATE!!! I attached photos of my conversation with owner on instagram via DM . Now I understand why the staff is the way they are . Rude , unprofessional, and even started to threaten a court of law nothing is edited out for full transparency of the experience you can expect from this owner and his staff .

My husband is a big Gundam fan, and while exploring the area, he found this amazing little shop just off the Strip. As soon as we walked in, I could tell he was in heaven--it was like watching a kid in a candy store! The shop had a fantastic variety of Gundam kits, including models from Japan and another section from China. The collection was so well-organized and fun to explore. While we were shopping, my husband noticed that some of the same kits he had purchased online before were priced about $15-$20 less elsewhere. But even knowing that, he didn't hesitate--he wanted to support this small, local business. That meant a lot to both of us, especially after learning the shop is backed by its own tight-knit community. "Locals supporting locals" is something we value. The staff were also genuinely kind and welcoming. I wish I remembered their names--they made the experience even more enjoyable. We ended up buying quite a few kits and were concerned about how we'd get them all back to San Francisco. Fortunately, they offered shipping, and everything arrived quickly and was packed with such great care. We also noticed they were selling some awesome shirts and learned that the artwork was created by one of their community members. The designs were so cool and creative that we decided to purchase a few. We actually came back for a second visit during our second trip to Vegas--and, of course, picked up even more Gundam kits and shirts. With recent tariffs being added to imports, we wouldn't be surprised if prices go up by the time we're back in August. So honestly, what we paid might end up being a deal! If you're a Gundam fan or just love supporting genuine, community-driven small businesses, Downtown Hobby 9 is absolutely worth a visit.
