They have a pretty good selection of games, there was a very nice gentleman that helped me find some games I was looking for (I forgot his name but I will edit this if I find out) the prices are definitely more than fair, and they said that they get new games in daily from trade ins so that always makes me happy! Just a heads up they do have a section over at their glass counter that's has an extra set of games, I didn't realize that until one of the nice workers pointed it out to me, they usually put more of the popular/recognizable titles there. Overall I love this place and I would totally come here more often but I would become bankrupt!

I personally have to note this was the CLEANEST bathroom in all of the Coliseum of Comics I've visited in Florida. The price ranges were on par with all of the other stores in the state as well. The main reason I wanted to leave this 5 star review was for the young man working the counter in the front. Warm welcome the moment we walked in, attentive to any questions we had, and overall the KINDEST employee we have ever interacted with in the 9 locations I have been to. I unfortunately did not catch his name but he must be college age since he said he was getting ready for his midterms. We fan girled over Hunchback of Notre Dame because of my earrings and I told him to look up 1998 Notre Dame De Paris on YouTube. Having more workers with his customer service skills/ level of friendliness makes a huge difference compared to others we have been to in the past.

The shop is quant, with a lot of rotating items--both drinks and baked goods. They have a little gift shop inside with a variety of trinkets and such too. Their hours are also decent as they close at 5, which is later than some spots in the area. The service is good and the workers are really friendly. The can say the banana bread is easily the best I've ever had. Super moist with a cinnamon streusel-like topping, with ample amounts of chocolate chunks, and bananas--DIVINE. If this is available when you go, don't hesitate, just order it. Their chocolate chip cookies are good, but nothing too special. I think they use an all-white sugar base, whereas I prefer more of a brown butter type of cookie. They are thin, with crispy edges, and a good amount go chocolate chunks. While all the baked goods are great here--they are on the pricier side...especially considering how big they are. While the banana bread is a larger portion, it comes in around $5 for a slice. The cookies are almost $4 per cookie. I think their baked goods are really great, but I honestly can't justify the price... Overall, I think Coterie Market is great little shop in Midtown. They offer an eclectic, fun menu that caters to the college town. They host a lot of events and will collab with other businesses as well. I really want to check some of these events out at some point. The baked good are of good quality, but are pricey. But I definitely think the banana bread is a highlight here and shouldn't be missed. When I first started my record collection, I asked my music-loving co-worker where to go and he immediately recommended Hear Again! Located in downtown Gainesville only a few cobblestoned steps from the legendary Hippodrome Theater, Hear Again has a fantastic location in the heart of the city. You'll usually know when the shop is open based on the standing sign that is propped up during business hours! Upon entrance into the store, you're surrounded by some of the greatest tunes to ever be pressed on their various mediums with more genres that you could even count. Hear Again is so wonderfully organized and arranged, there never seems to be a a CD or vinyl out of alphabetical or genre order - talk about arrangement! The wonderful store owner also keeps a running list online of available vinyls, also available on their Instagram page which is updated weekly with new arrivals or sales. My favorite portion of the store? The used records! I've scored vinyls in prime condition for $5 or even less! One of my favorite details about Hear Again? Their COVID practices! Upon entry, you get your temp checked, hands sprayed with alcohol/sanitizer and you are then provided with gloves. I love it!! Now this place is a must stop on my list! I had certain items in mind before I came and discovered new products while browsing. I brought refillable mason jars with me for bulk items (laundry soap) but saw that they have an entire cart full of reusable jars free for patrons to use. I got a couple travel bottles of Plaine shampoo and conditioner products to try as they are a company that does refillable packaging. Got a couple Swedish cloths that act as paper towel or towel substitutes lasting an average of 6-9 months! A hemp? Soap holder that exfoliates, yummy Tuberose bath salts, and all natural bug repellent spray and soap. The prices are reasonable! The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be traveling back to shop at Life Unplastic.
