Joe, the owner, greeted us with open arms. He was super helpful and very personable. He was patient with us and showed us literally all the wedding bands he had In the store. He was so nice and wonderful - he left such a great mark on us. And then we met his jeweler. Wow, felt like a family there! This was the 1st time we have ever experienced such fantastic customer service - it was unbelievable! They even do everything in the shop! They were able to resize my engagement ring, shine it, and they also shined and resized the bands that we picked. And since Joe is the owner and does his own work, he was able to give us great deals on our wedding bands! We will certainly recommend Joe's store. We can not wait to go back either! They showed us some new designs and I thought this was something unique, but apart from a couple of new designs, they have the same typical designs, and seems they are still struggling with their inventory. I was looking for a light necklace set, but every necklace was without earrings and they were offering mix-n-match earrings- there I lost interest. ALWAYS a smile to greet you and they treat you like you are the most important customer in the world no matter how small or large your purchase. I have had repairs done to PERFECT and inexpensively. Steven is SO KIND and I will NEVER forget something he did for us that he probably doesn't even remember/realize........after my husband was killed, one of our four kids wanted to have her ears pierced finally (at 7 years old, she wanted to have it done like her big sister)....... we went in and Steven and the staff were friendly and kind as always, welcoming and happy to see us (we are regulars but how often do you have the need to purchase high end jewelry? Normally we'd be having repairs, cleaning and of course for any birthday or special occasion Sean would go to Steven - my treasured heart necklace from our FIRST Valentine's Day as husband and wife is from there since Sean didn't believe in crossing the bridge for ANYTHING! lol...... his quote was "we have everything we need here in Long Beach; why cross that bridge!?!") Our little girl still has those first pair of "starter" earrings.
