Anyways now I have to fight all the bills with my CC company to get the money back. Still no idea why she just stopped coming and won't respond. Maybe they will respond after this review. Who knows. The funniest part is that they keep sending me bills! Vaccination records are required for all animals who board there, so I know that my animals will return to me in good health. Pick up/drop off by appointment is awesome! I am able to spend one on one time with the owner to discuss my dogs' needs in detail. I also don't have to worry about trying to manage my dogs in the presence of unfamiliar dogs. Appointments are definitely the way to go! It's so nice that I don't have to worry when I'm out of town and can't bring my dogs. Cheramar gives me peace of mind! My only problem with taking my dogs to Cheramar is that my dogs don't even say goodbye to me! They're too excited to be there!
