I almost wish i had a previous 1 star rating i could update. Its worth mentioning this is NOT the same company as existed in 2021-2022. That company DID scam. The company was sold to a different franchise. This new franchise is GREAT! They come three times a week. The owner emails (actually usally texts, and sometimes calls) if there is ever going to be a problem (usually due to REALLY bad weather). If they ever miss they come back to fix. They text you about 20 minutes before they show up. I would absolutely recommend. And I would completely agree with previous reviewers who gave this a bad review before. Its night and day. One suggestion: try to give a little more warning when coming if possible for people with reactive dogs. Its a VERY minor thing, but sometimes its not enough notice. But otherwise great! read more

This company scams customers! I called and provided them with my dog breeds, yard size and answered all questions about yard type and told them I had mostly a grass area and a small rock area where removals were needed. I was quoted $20.21 tax included for weekly cleaning and were told first cleaning would be free. The company first did not show up in April 1st as quoted and when I emailed them Bell the owner was very rude and tried to state I scheduled for April 8th, now keep in mind I had the email confirmation from Poop 911 showing service date was the 1st. They then showed up April 2nd and charged me an extra $21 for the "free first service" then they tried to double the rate quoted stating fee of $10 plus tax for rock area and another extra $10 for my yard having a hill. So that made the weekly cost double. When I messaged Bella from the Miranda Family she was very rude when I told her I could not afford double the quoted price. She then charged my credit card another $78.85 to cancel service making the "free" first visit almost $100!!! I tried to call Poop911 and no one returns my calls! Beware this company baits you with a reasonable weekly cost and a "free" first visit then rips you off and charges almost $100! Highly unsatisfied and unhappy customer! Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! read more
