Absolutely one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Any questions or concerns you have are met with attitude and lack of concern. That's if you can even get them to answer the phone. Horribly overpriced for their weekly "service" on home pools. Roughly 200$ a month for techs, who don't have a clue what they're doing, dump shock in your pool and may or may not add more expensive chemicals you don't need. I know Florence doesn't have a lot of options for pool maintenance, but PLEASE go anywhere but here! They continue to get a one star for a reason! read more

Even one star is too high for such a poor service. Extremely rude and dishonest owner,only good when he is collecting money. Usage of untrained staff ,pool weekly maintenance never done properly you have to call often to inquire about poor service still your issue will not be addressed...Was told need a new liner ,3 months after placement all wrinkled again... Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went there on May 14th to have his pool opened, they told us they would be there the next week. Almost three weeks later, three phone calls without a return call from Poolwerx the pool is still NOT open. He went to Poolwerx on May 30th and all they told him was they will be there to open the pool soon. I understand they are busy, but not to return call after three phone calls?? And they can't give us a date the pool will be open??? They must not have a schedule?!?! read more

Terrible!! Go use somebody else, literally anyone else. I hired Poolwerx to open and service my pool. We wanted it clean and ready to go by May 1st. Here we are May 6th still with a green pool and no end in sight. Their prices for "work" are also terrible. $175 for a 2 man crew for an hour and then a magical $85 service hour fee is a joke. I have camera footage of the crew showing up at my house dumping shock in and leaving within 4 minutes. RUN AWAY!! read more

I live at South Haven which is a condo community. We were told from our property manager that we are using Poolwerx to service our pool now. A new pool pump was ordered and was taking a long time to get it because it had to be ordered and shipped to Florence. I saw a Poolwerx van at our pool a month ago. What happened? We don't have another pool pump yet. The pool water looks nasty and their is still trash floating around in it. read more

Lousy customer service! Never show up when they say their coming. Always have excuses for subpar experience. Always willing to "sell" and " install" new equipment....refuse to repair your equipment. Just recently, my pool pump started "whining" classic symptom requiring ball bearings to be replaced. Next step would be to replace motor....they would only sell and install new pump. Difference in cost is $200-400 for bearings/motor or $700 for pump and $700 installation.......I CAN GIVE YOU SO MANY EXAMPLES OF THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE......pool cleaners are poorly trained. I've had a pool for more than 15 years, I have spent more time calling Poolwerx to complain in the past year then I have spent with my other pool company... you will regret doing business with these guys..... although I will give them credit.....they sell a good story.....they are polite on the phone.... so if you just want to talk.....give them a call!
