Doubled talked he thought it was leaking air there, but didn't think so. Then told us we need to change that piece, he thought it was our problem. Not even here 10-15 minutes. They did not stay long enough to do anything. $150 later we still have our problem. Stated we wouldn't find out until tomorrow if we still had a problem. Our system acted up right after they left and I called them. I was told we still need to change that piece and if that didn't work we needed a new well. Funny thing is, we have plenty of water pressure downstairs with no problem filling gallon jugs and buckets. Would not recommend them. I wouldn't even give them a rating of one. So, disappointed.

Had a busted water line from my well. Called Jeff on Monday and he came out that day to look at the…read moreproblem. He told me utilities had to be marked and to call him when that was done. Called him on Tuesday afternoon and he told me he would be there Thursday morning around 8:30. Showed up at 7:45 Thursday morning and completed the job around 11:00 am. Jeff and Chris did a great job and were very friendly, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend these guys for any well or pump problem you have.

My old well had finally ran so low that it couldn't keep up with demand. They were able to adjust it to get me through until they could drill a new well. The new well was put in as fast as the weather would allow. I now have more water pressure and cleaner tasting than I have had since I moved in in 2009. They're glad to take your money, take pumps and parts from your house, but they will not take your…read morecalls nor take the time to return to your house to finish the job. Particularly if it's hunting season, I was told he likes to "take a month off" to hunt and was shown many pictures of deer on wildlife cameras but no one shows up to finish the job. Absolutely the worst business of any type I've ever dealt with, in our areas there are no other companies doing this work so they enjoy a monopoly they didn't earn and don't deserve. Ive been waiting a year for some finishing work and have been told repeatedly that we are not a priority because "some people don't have water" and "we can't keep up with all the jobs we have now". A smart businessman would see an opportunity to hire some help and grow a client base, this guy sees this as an obstacle between him and a tree stand.
