I tried calling him again about a year later--no return call. I finally contacted another company to have the kitchen refinished. The new contractor said the floor was not dry enough the first time it had been refinished. The new contractor said he could do th e job($400) but would like to make sure he got the right color stain. I tried calling Rick Burris again...still no return call. This new contractor knew Rick and he tried calling...he finally got a response today (the day he is refinishing my floor). So, I know I was calling the correct number because I checked! Although I like the look of my refinished floor in the rest of my house, the kitchen really did need to be redone and I don't appreciate a contractor who does not stand behind the work he does. I would not recommend Classic Wood Floors of Saline.

Has never called me once,but after myself emailing him 3 or 4 times he would respond at first.I kept getting the same old excuse now for over 4 months.It just rained,its going to rain,blah blah.He wasted no time getting my money,but have not seen him or his company since.After more than 15 emails from myself to just ask when he was going to install my liner,and telling him I think that he scammed me,he said he would return my liner,and give me a refund twice now.That was 2 weeks ago.It is a custom fit inground pool liner and connot be returned.So That is a lie.He took my deposit,never ordered my liner,and now will not give me a refund that he promised to do.I contacted the bbb,but he will not respond to them either.My only choice now is to file a police report,and then spend more money sueing him in court.I also see now on yelp that he owes his former employees money that he is not going to pay them.I just tried to post a bad review on facebook and it was taken down in 1 minute.Please stay clear of Walleye pools and the owner Johnny Araiza.By the way the address he lists on his website is a storage lot.Not his address.It is a fake address.He has probably skipped town by now.
