ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -- STAY AWAY…read more We hired this company to resurface our pool, and the experience has been a complete disaster. Once they were paid, they apparently stopped caring. Within only three months, hollow spots appeared in the brand-new surface -- pictures attached. Their response? Practically nonexistent. No accountability, no urgency, and no effort to stand behind their work. They also left our property filthy--dirty tiles, umbrella, pool gate, and surrounding areas. For something as expensive and permanent as pool resurfacing, this level of workmanship and customer service is completely unacceptable. If you expect a company to stand behind its work when something goes wrong, I would stay FAR away from this one.

The team was helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, which made the whole process feel much easier. One of the things that helped me the most was visiting their showroom. Being able to see the pergolas, kitchens, materials, and finishes in person made a big difference and gave me a much better idea of what I wanted for my own space. The final result looks beautiful and has completely changed the way I use my backyard. I'm really glad I chose Luxapatio, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading their outdoor area.

Worst of all they don't respond to you when you need recommendations. Even if you are paying for the actual service. They installed the tile with grout that they just blobbed on which caused all the tile to crack. I had to fight for months to be able to even buy the tile from them to hire someone to fix. The hardi board they used was so thin so I had to have that replaced with a thicker board. Just awful work. And took NO responsibility to repair or recommend a decent repair person. Once they have the project done and your money they don't care!!! Pictures attached of how it looked when the tile was removed. What a crap job.

Her original movers didn't work weekends, so they recommended this company at the last minute, and we're so grateful they did.
