Okay, my daughter has a "Kendra Scott" necklace, that she loves and ALWAYS has on. If you know…read moreanything about ol Kendra Scott- not cheap! ( it was a gift) all the more reason this review really touches my heart. Her necklace broke a few weeks ago, needless to say- I told her I would absolutely get it fixed! I was thinking about all of my different options to take this overpriced, but cute necklace ‍ And then it hit me! The Pawn Shop! I have previous awesome experiences with this pawn shop, dealing with my engagement ring, and left very pleased. Well, this trip did not fail to impress! I showed the broken necklace to a gentleman working there- only to find out that it could not be fixed due to the fact that the jeweler wouldn't even touch it due to the fact that it's not a precious metal. As I was about to leave disappointed, a EXTREMELY KIND INDIVIDUAL named EMILY stepped up and asked to see it. She then started to try to figure out how she could "fix" my daughter's necklace- even taking off her own jewelry to try to find the " right piece needed "- WHICH SHE DID!!!!!! (Actually came from a little hidden bundle of gems)Literally one of the kindest acts I have come across in a while- AND AT THE DANG PAWN SHOP!‍ who would've guessed ‍ at the end of all of this, I left very happy and can't wait to share this news with my daughter Thank you so much Emily! You truly made my day! God Bless you in many ways sweetheart Keep doing you and being amazing

Very disappointing experience. I brought in silver expecting a fair, transparent offer based on…read morecurrent spot prices. Instead, I was quoted well under spot value with no clear explanation or breakdown of how the number was calculated. When I asked how they arrived at the offer, the response was vague and dismissive, as if I should simply accept it without question. There was no discussion of weight, purity, fees, or market conditions, just a lowball number and pressure to take it or leave it. I understand shops need to make a profit, but paying significantly under spot without honesty or professionalism feels predatory, especially toward customers who may not be experts. Trust is critical in a coin shop, and this experience seriously lacked it. I won't be going there again, and I'd advise others to know their spot prices and shop around before accepting an offer from this place.

HORRIBLE!!! I called to ask a question, before i could get…read moreit out he said he didn't have time and hung up on me. (Who does that to a potential customer?!) I waited 20 minutes & called back. I asked if there was a particular ring fitting a certain description I wanted to buy it - he wouldn't even let me describe the ring. He was SO RUDE!!! He set the phone down, walked away (I could still hear him talking to another person) then came back & hung up on me again!!! Still shaking my head. Unbelievable.
