My nail lady began to ask them a question and then loudly said "Can she not speak? What the f**k!". Instead of charging us for the visit he said no charge because he didn't fix anything and he just wanted us to remember him when we needed something actually fixed. He went to Lowe's and took a picture of a breaker that I could put in myself to fix the problem. Absolutely top quality service and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for electrical work.

Let me start by saying that calling Mr. Brown was the best move I can make... and the best move you…read morecan make as well reading this! Long story short I was having trouble with my furnace and it putting out the appropriate amount of heat when in emergency heat mode. I called Fayette heating and air only to have them come out to charge me $100 just to tell me that I needed a whole new line put in because my furnace was only getting half the power it needed to... the proceeded to quote me $1350 to put in a new line to the furnace that was less than 25 feet away. I felt that was a tad bit high so we called another electrical company who came out and said the same thing.. new line was needed because there was not enough power. Cool... they quoted me $1000. I still felt that was high especially because they told me that yes it was going to need a new line but that it would be an easy install and it shouldint take too long... So I called WB... Mr. Brown within 15 minutes of being here discovered the reason to why the furnace was not getting enough power.. because simply the wrong wire was hooked up on the furnace from the fuse box. On the fuse box the positive cords were red and black, and on the furnace was white and black, which means all that needed to be done to fix the problem was simply to take the white electrical cord off.. cap it off... and put the red positive one on the furnace fuse and boom... it was getting the full amount of power. No need for new wiring or hours of labor.... Mr. Brown took the time to explain this all to me and to make I understood which I so much appreciate. (The picture I included is him taking the time to show me that he indeed got the correct amount of power after making the wire switch) Through this entire process he showed me that he is about the people and is truthful, trustworthy and not out to take advantage of anyone. He is very reasonably priced and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism and his customer service. He went above and beyond for me and I know he will do the same for you!! Do yourself a favor and use WB electric for your electrical needs! You won't regret it! Thank you again!! We will definitely call you first for our needs in the future!

The next morning I was contacted with a quote and availability. Long story short I had a new liner and was adding water to my pool by 1:00 PM Friday. Jim B contacted me and let me know that the site foreman Allen and his team would arrive Friday to remove the old liner, add new cove and vermiculite. In less than 3 hours the team of 3 were finished. They did a phenomenal job! Packed up all boxes and old liner and parts, just like they were never here. I feel like I have a new pool! The liner is better than the original one that was installed with the pool. If you're looking for a new pool or just pool service I highly recommend Jim B's Pools!

Dan informed him we found someone local to take care of the pond (Jeff NEVER suggested anyone) Complete lies..This is absolutely insane. Yes , the review is from years ago. Why? Simply because I never even knew about posting reviews on YELP. (did Yelp exist in 2012, 2013?? ,) Why Jeff is responding 2 yrs later years after the original post is bizarre. He obviously doesnt watch his reviews. Enough on that. It was a total mess. Nicholasville is 2 hours away from Louisville. ( IT WAS NEVER SUGGESTED THIS WAS TOO FAR, as a matter of fact, we were told they had several Louisville clients.) What in the hell?? They never should have taken on a site that far. The weather, NO ONES FAULT, was awful. Months of rain, which left our backyard a mess for months since they couldn't work. An outlier no one could forsee, WE GET THAT!!! Eventually, the work that was done wasn't good. A firepit that had to be redone because of unlevel work, causing ponding. Pond only 14 inches deep. (Good grief, a veritable sushi bar for Herron!) Damn. As far as we're concerned, the main issue was the distance between between the main shop and job. No supervision by the "boss" Aka "Mr. Duggins" 2 hours to travel to a worksite is a joke. His staff seemed to mean well, but there is only so much you can do. And yes, they constantly spit and we found numerous soft drink cans buried around the sight when redoing. Yes, they plowed over a small new willow tree and killed it. OK, STUFF HAPPENS, WE GET IT, BUT CMON. Seems Jeff was/is an entrepreneur trying desperately to increase his business. His original intentions were most likely very honorable. Unfortunately, it didn't work for us. We give everyone a fair shake, but sometimes, people ( businesses) screw up. It happens. H2O screwed up. Own it, deal with it, move on.Quit throwing blame and making excuses. We really wanted nothing but the best for our $$$ and we didnt get it. A lot of what he " remembers " is incorrect. Truly, we don't care. We eventually got our pond $17,000+ later) without his help. He needs to let this go, admit it just didn't work out in this case, quit demonizing clients, and learn from the experience, as we have. So Jeff, we didn't even begin this project until AFTER my dad died. He died in Oct 2012. We met june 12, 2013. Obviously, your records are wrong. Spend less time on trying to justify poor work from years ago, and take care of current customers. I'm sure this business has many happy customers. We aren't among them, and it is the publics right to be aware. As for blocking any conversation, we never, ever did any such thing. Ever. How you can say that, is incredibly such a lie. Our original phone numbers and address haven't changed since you worked for us. And no, the numbers aren't blocked. No idea why he would say this. Work on getting current clients to post good reviews and quit wasting time on 2 yr old ones. We left H2O designs in our rearview mirror 7 years ago.
