The plumbing team from One Last Cast Plumbing went above and beyond what was necessary to complete…read moreour plumbing project. A few improvements were needed based on the inspection report for a new rental unit. There were leaks in both bathrooms sinks and the toilet. We also upgraded the lavatory & faucet in the half bath and installed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher in the kitchen. Home Depot was supposed to install the dishwasher but couldn't do it as the sink plumbing had not been installed when the new DW was delivered. One Last Cast offered to do the install for the same flat rate as HD in order to help us complete the project in a timely fashion. Getting the old unit out and new unit in was especially challenging as the new floor had been installed in front of the dishwasher creating a 1/4" lip. I know HD could not have proceeded without having the lip removed (which would have been another trade and more expense and delays). I was amazed that Will met the challenge, was able to find a solution to the problem and got it done! All the plumbing work was very professional. The job site was left immaculately clean. There was good communication at all times so we knew ahead of time that he had to install new stops on the sinks and toilet. Very satisfied customer. Thank you, Will!
