Sadly, these groomers take no pride in their work. I booked a summer seasonal package that was…read moresupposed to include choice of shampoo, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail grind, bandana, cologne, and a coupon book. When I brought her in, the groomer I scheduled with was not there, but I figured scheduling issues happen so no biggie. When they called me to come pick her up, they didn't even know my dog's name, but again, kinda small, just annoying. I come to get her and none of the extra services were performed, so I basically paid $35 extra for nothing. Her teeth and ears still needed to be done so I did them at home. Her nails were only cut, not filed, and one of was split, so I'm trying to figure out how to fix it without hurting her. Lastly, I had to ask for the bandana and coupons, which was kind of embarrassing because it seems like such a small thing, but I had paid for it. To sum it up, we will not be returning to this location for grooming. Terrible service.

It was his first haircut and she was able to get him through a full cut. The only complaints are with the customer service. I never met Mariah. When I dropped Opie off, there were two people at the front desk. Neither acknowledged me for several minutes. One left without a word. Then a groomer, Erica, came out with a dog she was grooming, got it all situated to resume. The girl at the front desk told her she was busy. So Erica took the dog back to the kennels and came out to check us in. Erica was great, so friendly and helpful. Without her we may still be waiting there for help.

I took my dog to Dr. B to have him put down. The experience was nothing short of horrible. He was…read moregiven a sedative to begin which I appreciated, however after the injection he began yelping, crying, and kicking...jerking around in apparent pain. The Dr said "I must not have given him enough" even though he weigh him before beginning. Another injection was giving which didn't calm my dog at all. His death was slow and visibly painful. The whole experience is an unpleasant one, that was made worse by the doctor's treatment.
