I am so grateful for everything you two ladies did for us. You two went above and beyond to include keeping Zoom entertained as I cried my eyes out trying to convince Reyes "THIS WAS THE HOME" in the kitchen of what is now our current home. You didn't laugh, you didn't judge, you didn't call me crazy as I poured my heart out. I had a lot of deferred maintenance and really didn't think I'd ever sell. After several failed attempts trying to list my property for sale the standard way with a realtor I kept being told due to the condition I would never be able to find a buyer. Ramiah reassured me they buy properties like mine all the time as-is and that I wouldn't have to make any repairs. That Saturday I met with Ramiah again and this time he had an all cash quick close offer in hand. It was the most money by far any realtor told me I would receive and I didn't have to pay realtor commissions.
