I got the Mocha Java Jolt (sweet, good, surprisingly low calorie) and my sister tried the Stamina Squeeze (simple, fruity). They clearly saw me standing there -- eye contact was made -- but not a single person said a word to me. No "we'll be right with you," no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then two customers walked in after me and were immediately helped while I continued to stand there invisible. When I finally spoke up to let them know I'd been waiting, I was told I needed to go to the register to order. Interesting, because I've been to this location before and was never told that, and other Tropical Smoothie locations have taken my order right at the counter without issue. What should have happened here is simple: tell the customers who came in after me that I was next, take my order, and apologize for the wait. Instead, I was ignored, skipped, and then made to feel like the inconvenience. Basic customer service shouldn't be this hard. I won't be back to this location.
