After a while we decided not to move forward with the surgery and Dr. Loeb was able to fix my jaw using elastics with my braces, no surgery needed!! And after about a year, my jaw was fixed! More recently, they successfully adapted their process for COVID and I was quickly able to get my braces removed during summertime 2020. And I felt perfectly safe. I highly recommend Loeb.

I saw him and his assistant Amber who did some dental work for me and they were both wonderful. They are both friendly, sweet and had me in and out of the office quickly so I could get back to work. One other teenage boy was in the office today with my daughter and he yelled out in pain; Dr. Morris told him to stop making so much noise. I would not recommend this orthodontist, unfortunately, once you start treatment, it would be very expensive to stop and go somewhere else. Obviously Dr. Morris has figured this out, he is nice and informative at first, then becomes stern and uncaring. My daughter was in significant pain after an appointment, we went back to his office the next day and he dismissed it as if she was making a big deal over nothing. Clearly this man does not have the patience or compassion necessary to be in this profession.

Dr. Lorino carefully explained the best options for achieving the desired result in the least amount of time, which for me, was braces (ceramic on the top teeth and metal for the bottom teeth.) Erin, the hygienist, was gentle and explained every step of the procedure and post procedure care. Tara, the office manager, communicated with my insurance company and made the financial component a breeze.
