Now instead of unlimited for $89 it is $59 each time. The lady in the front was rude and when I asked for a manager she said she was- I don't believe that she was manager and if she is that is terrible customer service for a manager! This was the Bellaire location.

I can honestly say this is the best clinic that I have ever seen Every person was friendly and helpful, even if they were not involved directly in my care. The therapists listened to me and were very attentive to my progress and any probems I may have been experiencing. Even the smallest issue was addressed immediately. The approach is very individualized. This is not a "one size fits all" clinic. There is a great team spirit and positive energy in this clinic that makes it easier to deal with the challenge of therapy. Story time- My…read morefiancé tore his ACL a couple of months before our engagement (he tore it at the end of feb and our engagement was in June). He ended up getting surgery in May, after walking on his torn ACL for about 2.5 months. Recovery was very painful, but he wanted to start physical therapy ASAP to get himself back to normal. He started doing his research and came across Results PT. He started physical therapy a few weeks after his surgery, and was not disappointed with the results and his experience. It was difficult for him at first, but slowly but surely the therapists knew the perfect exercises he needed to do, and every appointment made him feel better and more confident in himself. He went 3 times a week for his sessions which really helped him get back to his normal self so fast. The Physical therapists really pushed him to his core, made him do intense work outs which helped him with walking/limping less, and motivated him to such a great extent!! In no time, his knee brace was able to come off, and he continued his sessions that made him feel super sore but amazing all at the same time. He had nothing but positive things to say after every single session. And as a plus, he was doing much better physically and mentally each week. At a certain point, he randomly started doing squats because he was able to finally put pressure on his knee- something they helped him accomplish!! With the motivation, and the vigorous activities that they continuously had him doing, he was able to get on one knee for our engagement, and is now walking normally and feeling great. He is finally able to put pressure on his knee, do his regular workouts/exercises, and does not have to limp or use his crutch for anything. Wooo!!! Results PT is great with their patients. They know what to do, and how to get people on their feet again. Would highly recommend it :)

I was slotted for a second rotator cuff surgery after a minor tear at 4 months after the surgery. I received a second opinion and was referred to several PTs, ultimately choosing Ondrusek's Sports Medicine. I am glad I did. My recovery progressed smoothly from week to week and after about 4 months I was released to practice and build muscle on my own. No follow-up surgery required. One of the aspects of this firm that sets them apart from the competition was the very effective therapeutic (deep tissue) massages before or after the workouts, and the flexible schedule I was allowed after work, i.e. no shorting of the session times. 5 Plus Rating for this company.

When I went to my first appointment, I asked if I owed anything, they said "no". I went back several times, and each time they told me I didn't owe anything, that it was 100% covered by my insurance. Then a few weeks ago, I got a bill from them for $455.00. When I called the billing department, they said that the company had failed to inform the PT facility that, under my insurance, I was not 100% covered and that I should have been paying a $35 co-pay each time. Very unprofessional, very frustrating, and I'll never use this company again.
