Once someone else needed to dry I was moved to an empty station where I waited another 15/20 minutes. During this wait time, they continued to tell customers they're next as they walk in inquiring about wait time. This is upsetting & untrue as myself and a couple others are waiting. Finally the technician starts my nails around 7:45ish. The actual shape & paint job was neat & the tech took her time. As I was leaving out decided to get my eyebrows waxed. I took a chance & they didn't come out so great. I was tired, hungry & annoyed at this experience. I was given my total & immediately handed over my card. SORRY, CASH ONLY.
