I appreciated the concern and compassion I received from the entire staff at the Central Sound…read moreOral, Facial & Implant Surgery. The efficiency and professionalism of the entire medical team were impressive and reassuring. The dental surgery was performed, and I came out of the anesthesia in the predicted time. The instructions for my aftercare and the meds were clear and effective. After several days of rest and recovery, I began to heal and regain strength. I noted I did not need the narcotic pain meds as was my preference. Within a week, I was able to use my temporary tooth plate and begin eating soft, regular food. The quick healing of my gums attests to the skill of my surgeon Dr Woo. All things considered, I would choose this Clinic again and do highly recommend them for this type of medical care. I was asked multiple times if I had any questions, and when I did they were answered fully and honestly. That gave me a piece of mind because I had never had oral surgery before. The procedure went great. I received sedation which I was offered on my initial visit. No bruise on my arm where the needle was inserted which is rare for me. My post care was fully explained to my wife who was my mandatory ride home. The office made sure I'd get home safely after my procedure. All I needed post procedure was ibuprofen and an ice pack since my mouth was opened for awhile. It was a little sore. I received a follow up call from Dr Smith who wanted to see how I was doing, and we confirmed my follow up appointment. I would recommend this doctor and staff without reservation.

Simply put, Dr. Jung is everything you would want in a dentist and I couldn't be more satified with…read morehis work. He is careful, meticulous and precise. His hygenist, Melinda, is also fantastic in every way. I honestly feel at ease in their care because I know I am in good hands and very grateful for that. Another bonus: the office staff goes out their way making appointments and getting insurance squared away.

My experience with this dentist had serious and lasting consequences for my health…read more * I had healthy teeth before treatment and had never undergone invasive dental procedures. I believed he was simply redoing some old fillings. * During the first appointment, my frenulum and facial tissue were injected multiple times with anesthetic after I was told to keep asking for more if it "wasn't working." It wasn't working, and the injections continued. * During a later visit, I received what appeared to be a very large injection of lidocaine inside the back of my mouth before being sent to his brother's office for a procedure I later questioned. * A later dentist told me some of my teeth appeared to have been partially extracted. I also later realized he had been using an in-office crown machine after hearing him talk about it, something I did not understand at the time. * After these visits I developed neurological symptoms, arrhythmia, and paralysis affecting my upper right lip and mouth movement near the injection site. Years later the arrhythmia continues and I am still working to recover neurologically. * When I tried to obtain my X-rays, I was first told they could be purged due to record-retention laws. After I cited the law, I was told they would provide them, but later I was told their server went down and the X-rays were lost. * I later discovered consent form issues and had difficulty obtaining complete records. * Because I did not initially understand the cause of my symptoms, I moved several times and eventually out of state believing the problem might be environmental. The matter is now active in appellate court. Patients should always request copies of their records and imaging and consider a second opinion before major dental work.

After our regular dentist was unable to complete a tooth extraction so she referred us to…read moreEvergreen. I called after office hours and left a message that we were hoping to get in the next day. In my voicemail I mentioned my dental insurance provider At 7 am the next day we got a text message that they were open and had same day appointments available and to call when we were up and ready to chat. When I called to confirm the appointment they already had looked into our insurance and we were in network! They just made it so easy and stress free Everyone from reception, billing, the dental assistant to the dentist were incredibly kind and most importantly really knowledgable and able to help us/guide us no matter the question My husband was in and out so much more quickly than we expected and they really helped with a personalized pain management plan Highly recommend if you ever need oral surgery

Before choosing this office, I wish someone had shared an experience like mine…read more I was referred here as an in-network patient, but my consultation felt rushed from start to finish. The office collected my insurance information three different times, yet I barely had time to read the paperwork before being asked if I had questions. The doctor spent only a couple of minutes with me, confirmed I had mandibular tori, and left without a thorough oral exam or explaining the procedure in detail. The biggest concern was the insurance estimate. I was quoted nearly $2,800 upfront. When I questioned it because UnitedHealthcare had told me my in-network benefits were much better, my concerns were brushed aside. After calling UnitedHealthcare myself, I learned the estimate didn't match my plan's contracted allowable amounts. The office said they would investigate and call me back. Four weeks later, I still haven't received that call. I sought a second opinion with an out-of-network oral surgeon, and the experience was completely different. They reviewed my insurance thoroughly, provided procedure codes beforehand, took additional X-rays, performed a complete oral exam, explained the surgery step by step, answered all of my questions, and submitted a preauthorization before scheduling anything. The difference in communication, transparency, and patient care was remarkable. I ultimately chose another surgeon because I never felt confident I was receiving accurate information about my treatment or financial responsibility.
