Every single staff member was…read moreincredibly understanding, empathetic, and genuinely caring about the pain and urgency I was dealing with. Dental pain is stressful, and they made me feel heard and taken seriously from the very first call. I originally chose this practice because of all the great reviews--which is rare to see so consistently for a dentist--and they absolutely lived up to them. They were able to schedule me the same day within just a couple of hours, which was a huge relief. Once I arrived, I was taken back for an exam almost immediately. The doctor saw me right away, clearly explained what was going on, addressed the issue, and quickly referred me to an endodontist. Thanks to their urgency and coordination, I was able to get scheduled for an emergency appointment the very next morning. From start to finish, the care, compassion, and efficiency were outstanding. If you're dealing with dental pain or need a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Precision Dental Care.

After an expensive, horrible experience at another dentist (who seated a crown incorrectly, leading…read moreto extensive, constant pain), a trusted friend in the dental field recommended Dr. Wallen. I couldn't be more grateful to her or happier with my experience. Dr. Wallen truly listened to my concerns, didn't rush, and assured me he would do everything possible to rectify the situation. I had a great deal of apprehension about the process after what I'd experienced before. He was careful, gentle, and now I have a wonderful new crown! I particularly like the way he talks with me about each step -- he speaks deliberately and professionally, making sure that I understood the process/goals but without being patronizing or talking down to me. Instead, it just felt like he truly cared and wanted to make sure that I felt okay about everything. Additionally, his assistant Lena is also kind, professional, and thorough (as are all his staff, I'm sure -- I just haven't had anyone else work with me). The front desk staff are also always personable, efficient, and helpful. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Wallen. My whole family is switching to his practice.

Dr. Wallen did not explain this to me, which I thought it was very unprofessional. I stood there for at least 5mins until one of the receptionist acknowledged me. Neither of them were on the phone. The billing lady is normally condescending(although she's not always right)so I was glad she didn't call on me. 6 months after, I took my son to another dentist for routine cleaning/exam. The "cavity" that Dr.Wallen wanted to fix was just a stain & not a cavity! I saved $150 & unnecessary procedure done for my son's teeth!

I've been a patient at WA Dental for over two years and never had an issue--until this last visit…read more In early December, I had a cleaning and the dentist told me I needed one filling, and that it didn't look too serious. The front desk scheduled me and I asked for a price estimate because I considered waiting until January 2026 when my insurance renews. The front desk told me if I waited until January, I'd pay around $120-$140 out of pocket. But if I did the filling before January, they said I'd only pay about $70, and they even had me sign paperwork confirming that $70-ish amount. Based on that, I booked the filling for December 26 and paid $70+ at the counter. I was clearly told that was it and they would handle insurance. No additional charges. Then three weeks later, I get a call saying I still "owe" another $59. Excuse me? I paid what your office quoted, I signed what you put in front of me, and I was told there would be no additional balance. Now suddenly the total is about $135, which is basically the same amount you told me I'd pay in January--so what was the point of rushing in right after Christmas? This is a huge trust issue. If your estimates are that unreliable, don't pressure patients into decisions with incorrect numbers and signatures. To make it worse, the person who called said they would follow up--they didn't--but the clinic had no problem sending an email demanding payment. This is poor communication and borderline bait-and-switch billing. If this isn't corrected, I won't be coming back, and I'll be finding a dental office that actually stands by what they tell patients.
