It is very unassuming - BUT, it is worth your time. They were running incredible sales for the holidays. The inside is visually stunning! Their displays and merchandise set up was captivating. It was a very comfortable, homey atmosphere. The customer service was amazing! It was an all around enjoyable shopping experience! I was glad I stopped by. The only true complaint I would have is the wait to check out. I only saw one employee in the store who was helping another customer with a lengthy return. By the time additional help arrived at the registers to help him ... the line was 4 customers deep and going on 7-8 minutes wait time. I was there on a week-day during school hours and it didn't seem too busy.... But with limited help at the register, it seemed worse than it should have. Either way... A large gift shop with just about every Hershey product you can imagine. The free Chocolate Tour is a must-do and a great introduction to how Hershey chocolate is made. The tour ends with a free sweet treat, which is always a nice bonus. Plenty of activities for families, chocolate lovers, and first-time visitors. There are also several paid add-on experiences available, including: The Hershey Trolley Works tour Create Your Own Candy Bar Hershey's Unwrapped live chocolate tasting show Of these, I highly recomme nd the Trolley Tour. You can go on the free ride about how chocolate is made- and then you get a free sample at the end! They have food options but I think they're pretty overpriced. I would only go if you're on a bus trip and don't have any other options. The gift shop is massive and has different merchandise than the park. They also have deals on certain chocolate items and sometimes have new products as well. The check out lines can get long but move very quickly. There is also a self checkout line than can be hard to find but is very quick. You have to stop by if you're visiting Hersheypark- don't miss it!

I came in today and was greeted by a gentleman handing out 70% off coupons, which was great. After receiving the coupon I ventured around the store a little bit. I looked at some bags, wallets and jackets. While the variety is not as great as a regular Coach store it was superb for an outlet. While there were no sales advisors here, the staff was very helpful and helped me look around. I ended up getting a nice purse for a good friend of mine back home. Altogether, this is a very nice Coach Outlet store located at the Tanger Outlets!

The store has so much -- hats and clothing and products I've never seen in major retailers. I got quite a few things and souvenirs to send to my dad who's a big fan as well. Being from Central PA, my husband and I grew up on bologna sandwiches. When we learned we are just a 30 min drive from the outlet, we jumped in the car and drove right there! It's easy to miss as the storefront blends in with the neighbor hood. Just look for that familiar Seltzer's face logo and you'll find it! There was a fundraiser going on with a local radio station and grilled bologna sandwiches for sale outside. We enjoyed a sandwich then went in to an old timey style mom and pop shop full of t-shirt and other apparel, cups, souvenirs, and every style of bologna you could imagine for sale. They've expanded their flavors to 5 now, not just original and sweet. There's Chipotle, Double Sweet smoked, and a honey smoked flavor with free samples to try! They offer bologna bites, unique bologna jerky, bulk items and discounted misshaped slices. One of my favorites is the Dutch grillers, thick cut slices perfect for grilling and their "smoked coffee" has such a unique smoky taste I love. (No it doesn't taste like bologna but has a nice smoky aroma) They also partner and stock products from local small business which I appreciate. Every time you go in you find something new! There's also a mini museum of how they got started, their impact on PA government and history. A copy of their episode of dirty jobs plays in the background and gives a look into how the sausage is made so to speak. Overall a great place to stop if you're in the Hershey/Lebanon area, want to sample some local culture and cuisine and learn about the central PA area.
