Well lets start out with june 8th was my 1st visit...to have a tooth pulled...well tthey couldn't do it that day was tikd to come back in 17 days. Went back got 1 tooth pulled...3 weeka later git 2 teeth pulled...4 weeks later went un fir impressions for upoer n lower dentures. Well that took a month...went back for more impressions...n then again. So today i go in for a fitting since they finally came in....ohhhh ny god. I swear these had to be someone else's cause there's no way they're mine...after 2 hours of grinding...re grinding...about 5 times with no luck... doing this with glue n still not working...dentist finally can in n he did some stuff then said we'll send these back to the lab....i was done. I walked out..called my ins n told them to reverse the $2300 they already got paid for my dentures.... in 30 days they must return the money if not in pressing charges read more

The worst experience ever!! Poor front desk relations - no information provided as to status of schedule unless patient is aggravated enough to ask for updates on staff follow up for attending. Always late - 2.5 to 3 hr wait with lame excuses Claimed my two children had 2 to three cavities each one year, and the following year they "magically disappeared." They are teens who never had a single cavity in their lives! They pack the schedule with double bookings and squeeze more whenever they can. Children got sprayed all over front of clothing during cleaning. X ray unit was not wiped down to place head in chin stabilizer for panoramic x ray view. Demoralizing inappropriate music listed and played on screen in patient rooms. Dentist examination is more like a vet probing the mouth of a horse. Minimal verbal exchange between dentist and patient. The examination room is used as an office to input information about others on computer left for us to view. Privacy not protected. Personal conversation exchanges surround your presence among the staff in front desk. The worst ever dental experience in my life and will not be returning. I would not trust anything further than a cleaning. For anything more invasive, investigate credentials and run from this place as far away as you can. Feels and looks like a third world facility. Honestly this place sucks. My bf had an appointment and when he showed up, the receptionist said they forgot to call him and let him know ahead of time that his appointment was moved to the same day, but a week later. So, they wasted his time and gas by being unreliable and not communicating properly. They take forever to see their patients, his appointment was for 10 a.m., but instead they're ordering food for the staff and only take one person in at a time when they have 5-7 people working. The lobby is always full of people waiting to be seen, you can be out of here in 15 min or 1 hour +, you can never tell when. Do not recommend this place at ALL. read more

Bad experience. as a business owner myself I usually don't like to leave an a negative feedback. But this Dentist place I have to say very unprofessional. Front desk were nice but beside that no one else have any emotion every one look upset of something.. I had an appointment at noon 10:30 they called to cancel my appointment. I have a newborn baby so it's hard for me to get out of my house unless I have a babysitter even thou I can't go too long. I still have to pay for my babysister even I'm not using her that day.. They rescheduled my appointment the following day @ 1:20 I arrived at 1:15 until 3:30 I have not get my service done. I have to leaves cause I have to pick up my baby. I told the front desk what was happening all I heard is sorry.. I ask for my $200 refund cuz I paid before I get in the room. She said someone will call me for that refund the day after.. No one has called me 3 days later.. make the story short I called them 3 times and now had been 3 weeks for no refund.. never recommend anyone to this place. *FRAUD ALERT* DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! - I had one wisdom tooth extracted at Polo Dental Of Naples. I was going to pay $225 per tooth (Only scheduled for one to be extracted and they submitted for two teeth to my insurance as seen attached). $25 copay for the extraction and $200 copay for the bone replacement (graft). These are the only 2 procedures I had discussed with them prior to my appointment. The office manager LESLIE checked me in the morning of and told me it would be $325 and asked me if I was okay with that. I told her no and to please look at the claim from my insurance. She looked at the picture attached and told me I was all set. I proceeded to go into the office and get one wisdom tooth pulled. The doctor confirmed I did not need a bone graft. At this point I'm expecting to pay my $25 copay for the one tooth extraction. After the procedure I went out to pay while, having blood drip from my mouth, and Leslie told me it would be $325. I asked her why if she told me I'm all set on $225 and the Dentist just confirmed I was never getting a bone graft done so it would be $25. She then proceeded to tell me 'Oh its because of the foam gel and irrigation you have to pay for that too'. So once I told her I did not get work done for something they were trying to charge me for she found other charges to add to the bill at the time of checkout saying its $275 for the foam! She told me she took off the bone replacement and that saved me $25. HOW?! Its says on there the bone replacement was quoted at $200. I NEVER AGREED NOR WAS I EVER TOLD ABOUT A $275 FOR FOAM. (WORK THAT WAS NEVER GOING TO BE DONE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR). Since I had just had a tooth yanked from my mouth I paid the $300 so I could go home and rest. My receipt just said $300 (not itemized). I tried speaking to LESLIE the day after to try and sort things out but all she said is the work has been done there is nothing I can do. I am now in contact with my insurance waiting on the full claim to be posted so I can file for an investigation with them and will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of insurance fraud. This is not the first time they have tried charging me for work that was not discussed/done. I can only imagine how many senior citizens they overcharge every day just because they don't look into their bills with the insurance! read more

See dentist who is very good who issues two prescription which office staff give to patient. Patient takes to store to fill and finds out that office staff neglected to write down directions for pharmacist to put on bottle. Guess what business closed no way to get prescription today. Called first thing next day, Office manager not in office girl takes message and says she will give to office manager. Two hours later call pharmacy to verify that it was called in and answer is still no. Patients husband calls office and requests to speak with office manager after explaining issue to Jose. After a delay office manager comes to phone and says that she literally called it in five minutes ago. When I asked if this is how long it takes for them to get it right when someone is in pain the reply was " You can find another office if you want it done faster" from the office manager which is a totally unacceptable response. read more

I went to Polo dentistry or a filling in my back wisdom tooth for a cavity. The wait was a little long but I'm a patient person and was expecting to wait a while because the place was very busy.The price is very affordable and the Dentist who did my filling on my tooth was very patient and understanding. I am super afraid of needles and pain and the dentist made super to be gentle and mindful. He does great work and my tooth looks brand new. I will come back to polo dental because my overall experience was good and it's sad to see all these bad comments on yelp. Polo Dental of Naples Florida is absolutely without a doubt the worst dentist office and staff you will ever find on planet Earth I live in North Fort Myers Florida to get to Polo Dental of Naples I have to travel 1 hour 50 miles away I have to call Humana to get a ride there and back from day one they have treated me with total disrespect hatred and meanness I am a white American male they are all Spanish speaking they have a racist attitude towards me I went in for an appointment they have me wait for 4 hours and did absolutely nothing then the dentist tell me oh it's 3:15 I have to leave now and go home to my wife and kids are you kidding me you have me wait there for 4 hours I had to hunt him down in another room to get his attention that he put me in the dentist chair put the light right in my face and left me there are you kidding me then he charged me $150 that day for work not done they had me pay upfront reschedule a month later to see the surgeon the day before my surgery I needed a bone removed from my bottom gum line show my dentures would fit and they already took the impressions of my denture with the bone in my mouth I said why are you doing this you have to remove the bone from my mouth before my dentures will fit you told me this yourself he said don't worry we can make another impression if you need one really I thought to myself you're going to charge me twice for one impression then the day before my last visit he calls me and says we don't take your mcna insurance anymore we had to cancel your appointment are you kidding me everyone from the surgeon the dentist the staff especially the lady that sits at the front desk on the left side I don't know her name but she sit there all day long taking personal calls I hear talking to her bag to her kids or sister or whoever she's talking to it she won't even lift up her head to see if you're standing there even when I got done after they removed other bones I needed to be removed and I bleeding half to death it took me 20 minute for her to make a follow-up appointment I wouldn't recommend this dentist or the surgeon or any of the staff or Polo Dental of Naples to my worst enemy!!!!!!! RUN! Fast and far from this chop shop! Unless you want to wait 4 hours and be charged for work that wasn't completed! I've never experienced any as awful as that place has been. Was given a treatment plan and was about to drop thousands thank goodness we never got any actual work. The first part of the treatment plan was a very expensive cleaning that wasn't completed, then the hygienist quit before the next appointment, it's paid for but not completed yet. The cleaning caused severe tooth pain. Asked to see the dentist, got an appointment two weeks later, sent home with antibiotics and motrin, no actual treatment. This happens again at the next appointment, antibiotics and motrin, no treatment but given a release form to give to my primary care physician to get permission for 10 hours of anesthesia, he signs it faxes it back. Wait two more weeks for next appointment. They decide they are just going yo do a root canal on the one tooth that is causing the pai, fine, pay up front for it. Wait two hours, they say they are waiting for something from their Fort Myers office, fine, wait another hour, they decide they want more x-rays, decide they are going to extract it, ok, 45 minutes late they say blood pressure is too high not doing anything! Left no treatment again but they sure did charge my credit card anyway!! Will be contacting credit card company, insurance company, and the Better Business Bureau! read more

I called this place 3 weeks in advance because i am new to Florida and this place was highly recommended by a former co-worker. I told them my bridge fell out of my mouth with a exposed post and needed to be put back in,after the girl checked my insurance she said no problem the dr would be happy to do it so i made a appointment.So the day of my appointment i drive 25 miles from Estero to Naples so happy i was getting the bridge put back in my mouth.When i checked in the girl at the front desk asked if i had any xrays from my former dentist,i said no if you would have told me 3 weeks ago i could have asked my dentist to send them. So they went to charge me 25 dollars for xrays. Then after a wait in the chair for 25 min the doctor came in,after listening to him talk i was very skeptical he was a doctor so he proceded to look at my xrays and scraped my teeth a little and told me he cant put the bridge in because i have a cracked tooth and the bridge wouldnt stay. I am a second degree black belt and it took everything i had not to throw this guy out the window. I was so disappointed that this guy could not just do his job and put the bridge in that came loose. On my way back to home i stopped at a local dentist and after looking my mouth over he put the bridge in no problem. Stay very far away from this office the dr does not know what he is doing.
