The price was affordable so I decided to give them a try. They worked me in to their schedule the next day. They were willing to work with me on shampoo because i am allergic to most of the scented ones. I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. While I waited for him I observed 4-6 other owners picking up their dogs. All looked good and were happy dogs. I will go back and can highly reccomend them.

With that said, the first thing I want to mention is how INCREDIBLY close this location is to Fort Rucker! It is such a short drive from the Faulkner gate! Second of all, Carol's prices are more than reasonable. It was $40 (not including tip) for a full grooming service on my mini poodle! Last, Carol's responsiveness and punctuality was amazing. Although I was scheduled for 12pm appointment, she called me as soon as she had a cancelation available at an earlier time. It was really thoughtful. Beyond that, it only took her 45 min to groom my boy! This was AWESOME compared to other places that require you to leave your pup for a few hours at a time, due to the queue of other dogs they have waiting. Overall, this was a great experience and it will keep me coming back for sure! She did such a great job on grooming my boy, he came out looking so so beautiful!

But what ever you do do NOT complain to them or you will be banned from the list. I complained and tried to make an appt. and they said I would be on the waiting list, they are NOT that busy. LOL I called back after 2 weeks and they told me I was still on the waiting list. They can't blow smoke up my pants. Nobody in Dothan has a 3 week waiting list. She came to my house and took the time to get to know BOTH my dogs, before getting ready for the trim. She gave out lots of treats and both my big pups really like her. On her 2nd visit, they acted like she was someone they knew well (not someone they'd only met once before). She took the time to ensure they were comfortable with her being in their home. Highly recommend!
