Unfortunately, this visit was more "meh" than "muy bien." The tables were clean-ish, but not quite wiped down. I ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap combo with plantains and a Diet Coke. The wrap was smaller than I remembered, with chicken that was partly chewy and partly crunchy. My fiancée's chicken Caesar salad was mainly salad without a lot of chicken or Caesar dressing. On the bright side, the plantains were delicious -- warm, sweet, and the undeniable star of the meal. Unfortunately, the Diet Coke was flatter than a Florida highway. All told, $23 for two meals that didn't quite live up to their former glory. Not terrible, just unimpressive. If you're nearby and want something quick and basic, it'll do. I saw the fries and asked at the window "is this a large?" maybe 8 fries ... and was immediately told "yes". I went in to ask again and confirmed with the front counter I was given a small size in everything instead of the larger that I paid for. Also the containers are often sealed improperly. I'm a glutton for punishment when it comes to this location. 20 minute wait to order and a 30 minute wait to receive my food. A whole 50 minutes to get...drum roll...chicken soup. Imagine having a 30 minute lunch break and you have to wait almost an hour for your food, you'd get reprimanded from your job for being late. He then proceeded to not even look at me or respond to anything I said as I pulled up to the window. I'm very kind to service workers because I've been there so I'm not sure what his issue was.
