I'll break this down. Food delicious, I was happy with what I FINALLY received. Service, absolutely garbage. I ordered online for pick up. Pick up scheduled at 7:28, I didn't get there until 7:39 walked in there was not really anyone inside maybe 2 folks but the parking lot and drive thru are popping. I go to the front desk, no one is there, everyone in the back or at drive thru window. No-one acknowledged me standing at the register. 3 folks passed by with out a word. 10 mins go by and one stops to talk/take an order. I explained I am here fore pick up and give my order and name. They just walk away, they don't acknowledge if it's ready or not again I wait for another 25 mins for an interaction about the food ordered now over 45 mins ago. A door dasher comes to pick up at the counter and they give him his order within 15 mins, still haven't acknowledged they are even working on the order. Finally a younger man runs out to put together my order mind you it's almost 8 o clock I have been in store since 7:39 with no service. I knew they would forget items so whenever I finally got the order I checked in store. Guess what they forgot? the fries to the chicken and fries order, and the picos and limes I ordered like I had to pay extra and didn't get them. Glad I checked in store, another 3 mins to grab someone to get the rest of my order. Stressful takeout night, it didn't save time, but again it was delicious. I will visit again however, I'll probably order 1030a-1130a to get an order here lunch vs dinner 730pm.Moral always DOUBLE CHECK CONTENTS of your order, food isn't cheap for these workers to short you. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Scheduled a curbside pickup for a 6:15 pm pickup. Arrived at 6:16 and called and was told it would take 5 minutes. At 6:30 I called again. And they told me they couldn't find me yet I'm parked at the curbside pickup. They also proceeded to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my whole chicken order and could only give me half chicken. While on the phone, they must have found a chicken because the girl said never mind and they would be right out. When I got home, there were many items missing: half a chicken, fries, sausage, cabbage, refried beans. And the salad was just lettuce in a cup. This place is the best drive through place out there. Their chicken is extremely good and the portions are huge. I always get the chicken burrito and it's beyond amazing. Their loaded nachos are also shockingly good. They don't skimp on the toppings and it beats any nachos at higher end restaurants in the area for sure.
