The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. We were looking for a company to apply PPF to our new vehicle. We called and spoke to Jeremy who…read moreidentified himself as the store manager. After a brief conversation to determine if they could provide this service we drove the 40 miles to their location. Jeremy went over the details of application and price. We accepted the quote, booked a date and made a deposit. We indicated this was our only vehicle and was told they get a corporate discount with enterprise and would take us to pick up a car. We asked if we need to contact enterprise as was told NO. The day we were to drop off the car Jeremy was not there. A woman, name unknown was there. After we explained why we were there she proceeded to ask for all of our information again. Seemed strange as we had already provided this information to Jeremy. We told her that Jeremy was supposed to be there with his truck to show us the PPF installed on his windshield. We waited close to 2 hours only to be told that Jeremy was on a job and wouldn't be in. We were told they would take us to the car rental in our vehicle. This was unsettling but agreed. Got to enterprise car rental only to be told they had no cars to rent us. At one point they tried to rent us our own vehicle!!! At this point we had had enough, told the woman we were canceling and wanted our deposit refunded. She said to drop her off at the Chevy dealer and she would get a ride back to JC Customs from her boyfriend. I guess she didn't trust us to drive her safely back to her workplace. We refused told her we were all going back together so we would have a receipt for our refund. There was no apology given, no attempt to make things right. Jeremy made no attempt to reach out to us. The customer service is nonexistent with JC Customs. If you're looking for a company for PPF applications keep looking, this company is not worth hiring.
