I specifically asked to have my entire front windshield tinted, but instead, only a small strip was applied. The driver's side and passenger's side windows were tinted, but the overall service did not meet my expectations. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I was charged the same price despite not receiving the full service I originally requested. In my opinion, the price was extremely high for what was actually done. Paying $200 to tint only two side windows, without getting the full front windshield tint I asked for, is difficult to justify. When I raised my concerns, the associate told me that he was simply doing his job and that he was not responsible for setting the prices. While I understand that he may not control the pricing, I believe customers' concerns should still be taken seriously and handled with professionalism. I am not writing this review to damage the business's reputation, but to honestly share my experience and express my disappointment. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority, and customers should receive the service they were promised, along with fair and transparent pricing. Unfortunately, based on my first experience, I cannot say I am satisfied. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers how situations like this can be handled better in the future.
