All 4 of my door windows have specs of dirt that is very visible stuck in the tint and one window has bubbles in the tint. I was charged extra for how the cut had to be made for the back window of my car and the tint looked like a 5 year old cut it. I waited a couple of weeks to see if the bubbles would work their way out and when they didn't, we called to get it fixed. The guy had me bring the car up and I pointed out the issues. He said to call on Monday for an appointment. We dropped my car off again the following week to ge the issues fixed. We got there and they did fix the tint piece that was hardly visible and the jagged cut on the back window, but didn't fix any of the problems on my 4 door windows which are the most visible! 1 window now also has a scratch through the tint where the guy was trying to argue about the bubbles and scratched the tint rubbing his nail on it. For $350 I expected perfect tint on my vehicle. Inside Out does terrible window tint work and has awful customer service. Oh and when you pick your car up, you will be able to smell the cigarettes that the installers smoke and you can't even put your windows down to air it out since there's wet tint. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased a Line X LXP Tonneau cover from this location 5/30/24. The install was incorrect and I…read morehad to return the next day to the Line X store. I explained to the owner the tonneau cover was not tightened when installed and my tailgate would barely close. I also was unsatisfied with the cheap, stick on rubber pads installed on the cover. The owner told me he would readjust (properly install) the cover and remove the stick on pads. The cover was readjusted, however, when he returned my truck to me, he said his regional manager told him to keep the stick on pads on the cover. He also said he added extra adhesive on the pads in an attempt to bond them better to the cover. I explained I was not satisfied with the cover and had I known it had the cheap, stick on pads, I never would have purchased it. I also pointed out the scale models of the cover in the show room did not look like the same cover which was installed. I was told there was nothing that could be done because the cover was already installed and it functioned properly. No offer to exchange to a product I was satisfied with, etc. Horrible customer service and borderline deceptive sales due to an inaccurate show room model of the product I purchased. The regional manager I was told to follow up with was no help, neither was corporate. I did not see any signs saying all sales final, nor did I see it on my receipt, nor was I told that before or during the purchase. As of this date, this business has not responded to my BBB complaint to my knowledge. The business owner indicated I "ripped off" the rubber pads. The true story is when I got home after the installation, I realized how unsecured they were with the flimsy peel and stick application. One good car wash would have knocked them off. When I returned to the business, I simply and easily took off the pads to show how poorly secure they were installed, hence the owner first saying they could be removed, but then adding extra adhesive after talking to the regional rep. If the bumpers are necessary, the manufacturer does not provide a strong enough method to keep them securely in place to last. To insinuate I damaged the product in any way is preposterous and appears to be a defense to not owning up to the poor quality of the product.

From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

I had my wife's suv tinted here about 5 years ago with nothing but praise about this place. I had recently got my brand new vehicle tinted here with the owner Brian, and it was a nightmare, essentially leaving dissatisfied with no tint, and my glass damaged, minus $750. Brian at Tint Masters, now only carries the Global tint brand, which I believe is an inferior product to the LLumar brand , which I think he perviously carried. I had decided to go with the standard charcoal 30% tint , but Brian the owner pushed me toward their most expensive ceramic tint. He also convinced me to tint the front windshield clear to cut down on the Florida heat. This came to an absurd amount of $750 for a cheaper product. Oh by the way, HE ONLY ACCEPTS CASH. Upon picking up the newly tinted vehicle, I noticed that the windshield was very distorted to look out of, and the side and back windows were a brown color, and not a true charcoal color as advertised. This to me was unacceptable. I contacted Brian and let him know that it made me nauseous after driving due to the haze and distortions on the windshield. I then asked him what my options were, which at this point he replied that he will not refund me, but he will take the tint film off. I then told him that I'm ok taking the tint off, but I would like to have a reasonable partial refund being that he sold me on a product that I felt was down right dangerous to drive with. He did not care in the slightest. He has a bad attitude, and is only courteous to you before he takes your money. I also contacted the Global tint brand to ask them if this was normal looking out of their clear windshield film. The rep confirmed that the film has distortion and will always have a haze to it. How am I going to be able to drive looking out of a distorted windshield? Also that the Global ceramic tint has a ugly brown hue color to it. This is information that was never disclosed to me by Brian, and I feel mislead and ripped off. After I picked up the vehicle in which he removed the tint, I noticed several razor cuts to the front and rear glass. Upon research, it was a sloppy job where he took the razor to the glass of my brand new vehicle during installation. The owner was not the slightest apologetic, and was content handing my keys back over to me while keeping the $750 cash that i paid him. Lakeland Subaru now sends all of their vehicles with tint ordered to Brian at Tint Masters. If you notice, the front windows on current models he tints for them has an ugly green hue to them, like my mother in laws recently purchased outback. He uses the Global standard charcoal film for this. Thankfully She did not get the windshield film as well. This once was a solid place to have your vehicle tinted. Fast forward to today, Brian with his lack of customer service and bad attitude, does not stand behind his product nor care about customer satisfaction or quality. However he does charge a higher non refundable cash price for a cheaper film. Stay Away!
