They were also my general dentist's preferred partner. I've never been afraid of dentists but chipmunk pictures scare me - I was not planning on taking time off work for one wisdom tooth. Dr Hom was professional, informative and fun to work with. He made sure to answer all my questions beforehand, provided alternatives to medications I was not interested in taking, and explained the purpose of every activity that he completed in the course of pre-op, post-op. The procedure itself was 100% painless and my cheek/jaw barely swelled afterwards. Only thing that bothered me were the sound of the tools - the drill rings right by your ear, so I wish I brought ear plugs. Despite being out of network, the bill was reasonable. Not sure how much it would have costed if I had chosen someone that was within, but I reckon not much different. I plan to remove my other wisdom teeth here in the near future.

I look and feel years younger This office runs so smooth and efficient. From my first consultation (I got 2) to my final fitting I was told step by step what he was going to do and then he did it. As a patient I know I was a challenge. I had 4 implants installed to hold in my upper denture. unfortunately within 2 years 2 implants failed and came out. Leaving a full upper denture than never really fit correctly to rock back and forth and soon I couldn't chew anything. With every adjustment to my old denture my face collapsed more until my teeth no longer showed when I smiled and I couldn't set my mouth in a rest position. With good humor and years of experience Dr. Harman did what I was told couldn't be done. Today my smile can light up a room and I give total credit to Dr. Harman Would I recommend him to anyone? Yes in a NY second. Waiting room, bathroom and patient rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The walls exhibit some of Dr. Harman/s photos of beautiful flowers. Or rather a specialist of sorts. He does the hard stuff the stuff beyond an X-ray and regular check up and cleaning. So than why am I so excited? Because the whole experience has been wonderful! The front desk handled reception, appointments, and billing. She calls your Innsurance prior to your treatment, laying out very clearly what's covered and what you will need to pay out of pocket. I hate surprise bills and there have been no surprises! Then Cindy takes you into the back. Cindy reviews how you use a toothbrush, dental floss, etc turns out I still had plenty to learn! Cindy is a creature of habit and has wonderful healthy habits and routines to share with you. She will also gladly talk to you about her dog, her search for a new endurance horse and how much she loves where she lives and the community she serves. Cindy is akin to a battle warn nurse. She has seen it all and does not flinch and right away you know you are in good capable reliable hands. And then Dr Craig Wilson attends to you. He is calm steady friendly with a restrained warmth to him. He talks you through everything. He put a hand on my hand for the briefest moment squeezed it and said "I don't want you to be nervous and I am here to make sure you can relax" Can I tell you a secret? I was so nervous! Yep me, my one hand was clutching my arm and the other hand was crossing its fingers (like that would help) Anyway he continued to assert he was here to take good care of me and that included taking away unhealthy fears and putting me at ease. Once we actually got down to work his skill at managing pain, I found to be flawless. Slow and steady wins the race in this office. My appointment started and ended on time and at no time did anyone rush. In fact Dr Wilson kept explaining, kept checking in, kept applying subtle pressure, and kept his promise and my trust. So after two visits I was so excited for today's third. I already knew what would happen how the woman at the front desk would smile at me and walk me through my payment validating what I already knew. She would set up my next appointment making sure I had all the flexible I needed to align to my schedule. How Cindy would greet me warmly and efficiently and how soothed and relaxed I would feel by the time Dr Wilson started his treatment. Seriously, and this is the truth, I asked how often I could get treatment. The answer was "the goal is not to need it" of course Dr Wilson is right but if I do need it again there is nothing to be afraid of and every advantage to be had.
