    Super nice and responsive. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The dentists seem to do a very good job.

But everyone there is always totally nice and Gina the main receptionist is absolutely great. I've lived in my location for 13 years so I've been going to this place for a long time. The doctor that was there before was the definition of old school and the doctor there now and hence the vibe in general is sort of the definition of new school saying positive or negative about any just saying that's essentially my observation. I took the star off for one sort of petty reason I fully admit as someone who makes their living from music With the previous practice I actually commented about how amazed I was at the music selection. One day I specifically remember hearing Hawaiian music the whole time. The next time I would go in and hear jazz. Next time I would go in and it would be something totally different. To the point that I actually commented on it and they told me that someone different would pick the music for the whole day every day on rotation and that was awesome. Now, admittedly, I am not a fan of the same soul crushing modern rock hits that were wonderful the first 3500 times I heard them but basically never need to hear again. And granted you don't choose your dentist for the music they play in the background so not that big of a deal but admittedly it was noticeable. It's not that those are not great songs. It's not that I didn't absolutely love those songs at one point. I just basically got to a point that I don't need to hear them anymore. And who knows they might be a great comfort for someone if they hate the dentist. The dentist doesn't bother me so I'm able to kind of listen to what's going on around me A review is a review whatever you review in relation to the place

I had returned for additional visits in the meantime and was never informed of an outstanding balance. When the bill finally came, it was a text threatening collections. After reviewing the bill, I contacted my insurance, who confirmed the deep cleanings performed were not medically necessary based on my x-rays. I was never informed of this before the procedures were done. The front desk is a broader issue. The team is cliquey, unresponsive, and consistently unprofessional. Billing communication in particular is anti-customer at every step: no proactive outreach, no transparency, and when they do reach out, it's an immediate collections threat with no context. I've filed complaints with the California Dental Board and the California Department of Insurance and have ended my relationship with this practice.

They clearly explained the prices before I arrived, and they gave me thorough care. What I also appreciated is the dentist advised there was nothing major wrong and I likely just bit something wrong. He did not try to upsell me or do anything unnecessary. This was an extremely seamless, stress free, and comforting experience. I will absolutely be back for standard care!

During my X-rays, once I found out I'd need the root canal, I explained to the dentist that I know from experience I need prescription pain medicine after root canals, as I have other health conditions that increase inflammation and pain. When I've gone without in the past, I've been in the most pain I've ever experienced for days on end. It was torture. I made it clear that I would not have a root canal without it due to how traumatizing it was and how much work I had to miss. She agreed and scheduled the procedure. After the root canal was complete, I reminded her of our conversation. She cited a study that said for most patients, Advil and Tylenol was fine, so she would not write a prescription. My face was too numb to even have a conversation about it. I feel deceived and lied to. I don't feel like my specific needs as a patient were cared about at all, and this is just a money grab. I'm so scared for how this recovery will go knowing what I've experienced. I couldn't have explained this any clearer to the entire staff. I want to trust dentists with my care so badly, and this damaged it. I will never be going back to this practice after this and I recommend others avoid it as well.
