I've been coming here monthly since December 2024 and it's easily my favorite nail salon. Ben does…read moremy acrylics and he's meticulous, takes his time, does a great job, and my nails last forever between fills. Prices are reasonable, definitely not overpriced for the quality you're getting. The salon has a nice atmosphere too, and their online booking keeps things from ever feeling overcrowded. Highly recommend it.

Service: 3/5 | Cleanliness: 5/5…read more Pros: Last-Minute Availability: They were able to squeeze me in for a last-minute pedicure, which was greatly appreciated. Clean & Organized: The salon itself is super clean and appears very well run. Cons: Lack of Communication: My male technician didn't ask about my preferences for nail length or shape--he just did what he wanted. When I explained that my nails break easily from wearing work boots and asked him to add a little acrylic for strength (as my regular nail tech does), he pushed back, claiming a gel topcoat would suffice. I had to advocate for myself to get the acrylic added. Uncomfortable Checkout Experience: A second gentleman handled my foot massage, which was fine, but the interaction at the register ruined the visit. I presented the 20% new-client coupon listed here on Yelp. Instead of just applying it, the employee who massaged me made me feel extremely awkward for asking. He kept walking away to talk and laugh with other staff in another language while I waited to pay. Verdict: The end result of the pedicure was decent, but between the lack of attention to my requests and the unprofessional, uncomfortable checkout interaction, I likely won't be back.

Let me tell you about Ashley…read more.. I finally made the decision to stop going to local walk-in nail salons after many instances of poor drill work (i.e. my cuticles on both my hands and feet getting clipped by the drill fairly consistently) and overall general poor work (such as being left with gobs of collagen gel on my feet after a pedicure and having to wipe it off when I get home). I had seen Ashley's Yelp page and my massage therapist had recommended her long ago. So, I scheduled an appointment for both a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Ashley does the best work. She only accepts one client at a time in her private studio; so, I am treated to a private service each and every visit. She is detail oriented, friendly, communicative, and professional. I cannot believe I tortured myself for years with walk-in nail salons before finally booking with Ashley. Does it cost more than walk-in nail salons? Yes; but, it's worth every penny.

The entire time I thought I had the best skincare regimen with the best products for my face! I went in to get my VERY first facial with Ashley in Paso! I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect, it was the BEST THING I've ever done. She walked me through everything prior, explained what she was doing while she did it, and was extremely gentle. When she was finished she explained what she had seen while working with my skin, and then explained that she wasn't going to push her product on me but made a suggestion about what my skin needs! I obviously bought the products and did my washes with them, my skin is seriously thanking me! I am absolutely stunned with how glowy it is especially when I added my typical moisturize skin care products!! I will definitely go back!
