I feel bad doing this as maybe it was an off day but eek, the worst massage I've ever had if you…read morecan call it that. The pros are the woman was very sweet and bubbly and the place was clean. The cons are not a single muscle was ever even connected with as it was just a light caress to the skin that included about 15 minutes of just rubbing nails over me. Nowhere close to a deep tissue. There seemed to be no technique or attempt to even at least manipulate the body for a stretch. It ended 15 minutes early which was less a problem bc I was such a joke. We both laughed after knowing it was not a massage. Bummer it was such a waste of money.

I love animals in such a healing space because they are natural healers themselves. The massage was more than just a massage. Amanda used acupressure, reiki and energy work naturally. She's very intuitive and knew what I needed. I felt very light and airy, extremely relaxed and loved that she uses DoTerra oils, sound bowls and a chime. She's also the first massage therapist able to give me a foot rub! I'm so ticklish and usually let the therapist know but I forgot to tell Amanda and I'm glad I did. I must have been so relaxed because I even enjoyed the hot towels on my feet. I can't wait to be back to Baywood and visit her again. This is not your typical massage experience and I highly recommend Amanda and her healing touch.

It was pretty haphazard and i definitely didn't feel like it was effective for relaxation or pain reduction. There weren't doors to the rooms and the acoustics weren't great so i could pretty much hear everything including the train and garbage trucks outside and the conversations and sneezing of the other employees inside. I did keep my underwear on but the draping left a lot to be desired, at one point my legs were spread and the blanket was only covering my top half. I assume this was an atypical experience as the majority of reviews are positive which made my massage all that much more disappointing.
