My friend also contracted with them. Too good to be true! They started a job on July 19, 2016, but only did half as I asked them to come back after having new windows installed in two rooms. They asked for the full payment, and I trusted them to finish after meeting with them that day. They have never returned to finish the job!!! I have called, emailed, text, left messages, etc. I have given them over a month to respond in case there was an issue. At one point the owner did respond via text message and said he would show up on September 8 to finish. I took off work and stayed home, and he never showed up. He never called or messaged, and never has returned my inquiries since. I'm now filing against the BBB and looking into a claim to recover half of my payment, or all after all of these headaches. (They actually got paint on my carpet as well, but I didn't mention it as I'm getting new carpet.) Save yourself the time, money, and headaches!!
