Over the years, some boards had been replaced but it was definitely time for a major redo. After looking at reviews and especially comments from happy customers on Neighbors, we chose several companies to give us bids. As usual, some didn't return calls and the ones that did either were too busy or never called back to set up an actual appointment. It didn't matter because as soon as we talked to Chad, owner of the cool-named Chad Fry the Deck Guy company, we knew we'd found the right ones for the job. He responded immediately, came out that same day on the way home from another job to look it over and give us an estimate. And most important of all, once we hired him, he and his crew (Tyler and Scott) showed up every day on time. Chad suggested several little touches that made our deck more stylish than before. Plus my wife didn't like the look of one corner, believing it needed a post in that spot. Chad looked at it, agreed with her and quickly made the change. She couldn't be happier. Overall, just very very pleased. Would highly recommend them if you need a quality deck. Added some photos showing it before, during and after. Two of the photos show the final results after it was painted (which was done by another company that Chad recommended).
