She has been doing my hair since I first met her in her other location, where it was just her. She was great from the first appointment I had. I was so happy to have finally found someone who listened to our expectations and actually gives you what you asked for. She is a true artist and she is passionate about her profession. As you can see in the photos, I went for golden highlights, and they destroyed my hair, me my healthy hair into a green, brittle, damaged and dull mess ... I paid $270 for highlights, NO cut, NO treatment, NO blow dry. I missed work because I'm embarrassed to be seen like this. The owner Jasmine refuses to cooperate with me. I was nice enough to ask her for just half of what I paid but they refuse to sympathize with my suffering. This situation has caused me great anxiety, stress and sadness. I hope no one else has to go through this with this salon.
