I explained I was a walk in and I can wait if they have appointments. She then asked for my phone number and email. I explained I didn't want to get any texts or emails and would just like to get my hair cut . She explained they can't cut peoples hair without the information. I asked another woman thier if some one could cut my hair without out all the extra nonsense and she said explained they need the information incase I try to rob the place. I laughed to be honest because I thought she was joking. I said ok can I pay in advance and she reiterated no we need the information In case you attempt to rob us . How you are welcomed as you walk in (this is a place of refuge from the outside world you want to feel welcomed and at home): The girls made us feel instantly like long time friends. They were informed and friendly, we didnt have to wait standing there like we were invisible. 2. Quality workmanship: My daughters nails look amazing. They took the time to do a great job even though she is only 11. Whereas some might have done a so-so job due to her age. With reasonable pricing! I met Sierra Waine once and it was prior to our wedding. She was at our home giving a trial makeover to my fiance. Sierra was very friendly, professional and in a matter of no time had my then-fiance Ashley looking top notch. It was no wonder Ashley, her bridemaids and the moms chose Sierra as their "beauty agent". Fast forward to our wedding day... Fatima will take the time to explain the process while not damaging your hair. The color of her daughter's hair was beautiful after Fatima finished with it.
