The staff is truly amazing. They were so sweet to the girls and accommodated exactly what they wanted as far as designs on their nails (and they're 11 year old girls, so they can be high maintenance) Not only was the price fantastic (it was about the same cost as it was for just my daughter and I at the previous salon for all 3 of us) but all of nails look amazing. Highly recommend!!

They called the morning of and asked if can move 12:30p appt to 11:45a. Sounded great to me. We arrived at 11:30a, given a locker key. There's a steam room in each of the gender bathroom along with a shower. And a towel waiting in your locker. The waiting area is quaint and comfy. Lauren, the masseuse, called him in a little after 11:45a and ended the service before 12:13p. So it was kind of disappointing she didn't provide the full service time. The customer service of the front desk was impeccable. There was a bit of a misunderstanding of what was advertised to me when I booked the service but they were so patient as we figured it out. And made arrangements regarding the issue. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing!! Check this place out, there's a parking lot and they have the most adorable hand made jewelry in the spa lobby made by their very own staff.

I've known Amy for a little over a year. After taking a break from getting my nails done, I…read morereturned to the same salon I had grown to love only to find the former owners gone and Amy now at the helm. From the start, she was sweet and easy to like, though I'll admit I used to inspect my nails closely after each visit, looking for imperfections. A year later, my nails are healthier than ever, and those worries are long gone. I don't even stress about choosing a color anymore. Amy knows me well enough to guide me or pick something perfect when I can't decide. I've truly had the best manicures of my life this past year, all from this little shop. Amy is clearly loved and valued in the community. Many of her clients are locals, and even their husbands sometimes stop in for a pedicure! While a bit of patience is occasionally required since she's the sole manicurist, she is absolutely worth the wait. You won't be disappointed. She is extremely creative, highly skilled, and genuinely cares about her work. Whether you're a local or just passing through, give Amy a try, you'll be glad you did. She's terrific!

The salon is clean, modern yet friendly. Music was familiar and just loud enough for background noise. Coffee and tea machine in front to help yourself.
