When I reached out, the response focused on being past the 7-day window -- but issues like this can emerge weeks later. Customers trust furniture is being stored in clean, pest-free conditions before delivery. Extremely stressful experience and something I wish I had been warned about.

We found this small furniture store while searching for a new dinning room table online. We had…read moregone to all the big stores, like city furniture and rooms to go and others. But they either didn't have what we were looking for (a small round table that could extend to an oval table for 6-8 people) or the ones they had were $899 or more. So we resorted to looking online, and we found Coaster Home Furnishings which you can only order from a local dealer. And this one was the closes one to us. The employees are very nice, and they took their time to show us the item we wanted, telling us about the quality and then explained that because these come from California, the normal delivery takes 4 weeks. On the Coaster website our table was listed at $499 but at Stage Interior Design they sold it to us for $399 with a $40 deposit. And guess what? We got out table only 2 and a half weeks later. Lucky I guess. :) They have a small showroom, and they are very knowledgeable, we walked in knowing exactly which table we wanted, but the family that walked in after us didn't know and I saw how much time they spent showing them catalog after catalog and pointing out options based on their budget and a general idea of what they were looking for. We are very happy with our new table and from now on we'll be coming here for furniture.

The salesman was just looking for his commission. Was calling store the day we received it and no answer for over four hours. It was the salesman's mistake and they could care less. We buy by using the expertise of the staff. Apparently there is no expertise just commissioned sales people. $10000 means nothing to them but it sure means a lot to me. Too bad for them, I need a full living room set and will never give this company my time or money.

I pass by this hidden location almost everyday but today after my closing I decided to actually stop. Let me say that this is now my favorite furniture outlet store ever. This is the way it works... you enter and surprisingly there are NO pushy sells person waiting to sell you furniture. You are on your own in here. There are two types of price tag stickers. 1. Yellow Tags - Means price is final, cannot be marked down, item is new and more in stock. 2. White Tags - Price can be negotiable. Item is sold "As Is" and normally the store demo and only one left. Both tags are drastically reduced compared to the actual El Dorado Store. When you like an item, you snap a picture of the tag with your phone and take it to the front counter where you will be checked out. If you have any white price tag items you can then speak to the manager and he can lower the price depending on damage or availability. I bought a white leather queen size platform bed for $190 (yellow tag, originally $699) and a bedroom drawer made out of glass for $120 (white tag, originally $499, price was negotiated $20 less). Fantastic buy for both pieces! I saw many other deals but I didn't want to spend more. They don't deliver like the main El Dorado stores but they can "refer" a delivery service. I happened to have the moving truck that day so I saved on that. Might not hurt to have a pick up truck handy the day you come. If not they hold your item for 48 hours till you come back. Staff is friendly they offered to fix the drawer for me since knobs were loose. They have a selection of items from all types of furniture to pillows, lamps, rugs, decoratioins, mirrors, etc. The outlet is located South of Miami International Airport on 72 ave and NW 12 st, kind of hidden. They have a free private lot to park in. They close at 7pm so get there early.
