As a matter of fact when the officer arrived he wouldn't even write a report he let the girl go claims he had no jurisdiction it was a private parking lot, what was he doing there in the first place than when I called and reported where I was could the operator have not mentioned it was a private lot and nothing could be done? Also than who has jurisdiction in the private parking lot I don't understand? The officer didn't want to send me in the right direction and he blatantly smelled the liquor off of her breathe. Normally I wouldn't care to write a post like this but I'm infuriated the hotel parking doesn't have it on film and the women was so drunk she doesn't even know what happened she won't take responsibility for hiting me because that's how out of it she was. Now that Saugus police decided not to help with a report or send me in the general direction to get one I feel like I'm going to loose the insurance claim, I spoke to people working the front desk and they said reports have been made for accidents there before. So now I have absolutely nothing to assist in my case not even the officers, there must be some kind of law enforcement for that area? It was the quality inn off route 1, 100 Morris st Revere, so I'm not sure why the Saugus police showed up maybe that's why he couldn't do anything but why not send me in the right direction? I'll be fine and my car is salvageable not that he even asked if I was okay, what bothers me the most is the officer knowingly let a a drunk driver off the hook you could smell her from a mile away, now what if that same girl left the parking lot only to go smash a car with the baby in the rear? I was on constant communication over the phone with this family member up until the last hours of his death. He was weak and unable to move and answered the phone by voice. I was constantly getting sick (dizzyness, weakness, and coughing,)from something reoccurring with a putrid smell in the apartment and a person in the hall heckling a fake cough at different times in the front hallway. When I left the apartment at times, the smell went away. I was unable to be there to save him but went through the same suffering myself since I was there shortly before I went to the hospital while he stayed behind for the same illness. The BPD was called a number of times by me from the hospital to have it investigated and to check on him while he was alive, and the BPD did nothing and didn't even call me back for an update. I was only alerted by the hospital staff about his death, and it wasn't sourced from the BPD as told by the hospital staff. Shame on you, BPD! The hospital tests revealed in me were inflammation and lung damage with hypoxia when blood clots happen. My family member got an optopsy, and there was no trace of covid19 in his system, but it was reported as a cardiovascular failure. I bet this illness caused blood clots and caused a cardiovascular issue in the lungs, and he could not breathe and died. His lungs and sinuses were never examined. He was cremated only days later.
