Beautiful town with a lot of interesting museums and historical sites like the Salem Witch Museum, The House of the Seven Gables, etc. People are very friendly, and the food here is delicious. One of my favorite places that I visited in my New England trip this year. From what I hear, this place gets packed on Halloween and I am sure it must be a fun time to visit. Place certainly lives of the Salem Witch trials. My tour guide said the police emblem is a witch. This was possible the first time I was praying for a police car to show up. Great town, if you visit Boston, you should definitely make the trip down to Salem town.

My cousin and his daughter…read morereceived their fingerprints notices for employment authorization 3 days after they were supposed to go for the appointment at the Lawrence location because where they were staying at, the people there don't check their mailbox regularly. My cousin was pretty freaked out that he was gonna have to request another appt that was gonna take another 6 to 8 weeks and even longer. As the smart lady that I am, I told him that I'd take them the next day early morning for the appt and hopefully explain the situation and maybe the office will do it for them but not to get their hopes up because USCIS is usually " u miss it, schedule another one, see u next time". So, we went and when the lady called our number, we were so nervous that she was gonna say no, and she looked around the room and said "no problem, it's pretty early, not a lot of people yet, I can do both of u" . It was such a relief, and the lady there was so nice putting up with us with the translation from English to creole/creole to English. She was our angel that day, and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts from not sending us Bk for another appointment because these things could be so stressful and lengthy. The town is enforcing radio silence on this, even though many local residents disagree with this. I also have had dealings with a local lawyer. He worked with my extremely elderly father to disinherit two of his three children, as well as his only grandchild. This lawyer (Gosselin) has studied abroad, so he certainly knows this would be illegal in many countries. But , with zero communication, Gosselin worked with an extremely elderly man to create a destructive and chaotic estate plan. Somehow, the town lacks a moral compass. Sweet on the surface, and rotten within.

There is a great lighting and a good house PA system. Cons: The events coordinator who will be your main point of contact, Patsy, is not very good. Leading up to our event, a funeral, she let the caterer's know that they could show up an hour early to set up, great, except that she was planning on charging us an additional $300 for that hour. She added this charge without checking with anyone in the family. When we show up the day of the event she is not in the building, does not greet or direct anyone. The caterers were waiting in the parking lot. Flower deliveries had come an gone, bouquets and displays just chilling on the sidewalk. And wasn't like it was early, we were there at 1pm. We were told that use of the parking lot is included in the rental price and that it would be empty of us the day of. It wasn't anywhere close to empty The PA system didn't work and she did not know how to fix it and she didn't really seem to care that it was broken. If you're going to use the space, and you should, its a fantastic venue, just be ready to do a lot of things yourself. If we came in from the start knowing that we would've been responsible for setting up/breaking down, that would have been fine, we would've planned for that. But Patsy told us several times that she would be coordinating these things. It was incredibly frustrating to show up on the day of the event and nothing is ready, open or functioning. In spite of this, we ended up having a great event in a truly amazing space. If Arlington had a different person coordinating events for this space, this would very easily be a 5 star review.

They failed to investigate a possible biochemical murder and instead wrote it off as a natural…read morecause of death. My family member will be missed. I was on constant communication over the phone with this family member up until the last hours of his death. He was weak and unable to move and answered the phone by voice. I was constantly getting sick (dizzyness, weakness, and coughing,)from something reoccurring with a putrid smell in the apartment and a person in the hall heckling a fake cough at different times in the front hallway. When I left the apartment at times, the smell went away. I was unable to be there to save him but went through the same suffering myself since I was there shortly before I went to the hospital while he stayed behind for the same illness. The BPD was called a number of times by me from the hospital to have it investigated and to check on him while he was alive, and the BPD did nothing and didn't even call me back for an update. I was only alerted by the hospital staff about his death, and it wasn't sourced from the BPD as told by the hospital staff. Shame on you, BPD! The hospital tests revealed in me were inflammation and lung damage with hypoxia when blood clots happen. My family member got an optopsy, and there was no trace of covid19 in his system, but it was reported as a cardiovascular failure. I bet this illness caused blood clots and caused a cardiovascular issue in the lungs, and he could not breathe and died. His lungs and sinuses were never examined. He was cremated only days later.

The group arrived three years after the Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock. Initially at Stage Fort Park and later on the other side of Gloucester Harbor. These immigrants were part of the Dorchester Company and had been looking for a location to develop a fishing port. They found it across the bay, naming after Gloucester, England. So only Three Stars, "A-OK" for this minimalistic effort. Heck, the Pilgrims have a granite shrine.
