Respectfully feeling a sore bum.

No one dares review the State Police for fear of retaliation... but this is a democracy, right?…read more Last night (4/6/08) I was part of the 30 cars-each-with-two-flat-tires debacle on 93 South (http://volunteer-boston.blogspot.com/2008/04/tend-and-befriend-on-shoulder-of-93.html). Upon stopping in the shoulder, I immediately dialed 911 (where they didn't pick up for like 10 rings...), who directed me to the State Police. The State Police put me on hold a few times, but finally I got through and was like, "HELP! There's an obstacle on 93S causing accidents!" All they said was, "OK, bye." I guess they already received a call...? It was sort of confusing. I was scared. MOMMMMMYYYY!! Anyway - 7 minutes and 20 injured cars later, they arrived. They promptly re-directed traffic, found the 5 foot long piece of pipe that caused all the flats, and got lots of flat bed tow trucks to show up to cart us to safety. So - State Police - thanks for keeping us safe. Usually I only see you when I'm not ready (ie speeding), but this time I was VERY ready for you to show up.

I asked him why doesn't the warning say brush instead of phone if when I was stopped I grabbed a brush not a phone. He told me it is not a big deal but it is when he is wrong. if he was going to give me a warning then it should be for the Right thing and in the RMV it doesn't say anything about another other objected when you are stopped. I can the supervisor and ask him the watch the camera and he said he didn't have time for that but the point is that if he is wrong and ticketing people for the wrong stuff he shouldn't be a police officer. there was a camera that would of caught it. I would not say anything if he was right but he was a big jerk and he was wrong. i know they are saying a warning is nothing but I don't deserve a warning for a phone if it wasn't a phone. They also refused to give me his and which is not clear on the warning which I am happy to pay $25 to appeal it because he should be more careful with his job. His first name begins with a D and his last name a M he is an older guy with blonde hair and he definitely needs some glasses

He then also writes me up for no seat belt which anyone who knows me I always where mine. I then proceeded to see the officer try intimidating me by follow me so I pulled into a parking lot where from there he then proceeded to throw his lights on and rush the the police station in a non emergency. When I asked him why he can break the law blatantly when I made an honest mistake. He then threatened to arrest me with hand on gun. Mind you I approached hands up just to talk to him and he immediately started threatening antagonizing me to start a fight so he could arrest me. Despicable! I will be filing a formal complaint for this corrupt officer. Iys guys like him that are making all police look bad. Your job is to serve and protect not to be an instigator.

Can you just give the landlord a nicely warning about how she could handle the rental situation,…read moreand made appropriate actions to refund the remaining money, or respond to the last-deal phone calls of the tenants, so they could get their last stuffs? Since when that I said my mother was legally evicted? I told you that she tried to move out first after getting threatened to be evicted every day if she did not follow orders from her older sister (landlord here). You came and kept repeating lies and makeups: "legally evicted". "If you are legally evicted, then we can't do anything about it". What is role of the police even for? So would you only come when there's severe shooting cases, serial killing and homicide situations? Giving a nice warning and good talk has been so hard for you? While we were the actual vulnerable ones who had been desperately waiting to get a response and getting our money back. We called the police to come for help, just to hear they can't do anything and the blame was ours or "we have to court"? I did not expect to you to arrest the landlord immediately? Why would you keep saying "it is a civil matter" to avoid handling the situation? Why would the ones waiting hours to get the refund back have to take the blames? Is this how justice works with you? Does justice mean when someone talks and acts nicely with pretentious polite, they will not take blame regardless of what?

I have a child who is 3 years old. I'm in fear... Do better!!

I was on constant communication over the phone with this family member up until the last hours of his death. He was weak and unable to move and answered the phone by voice. I was constantly getting sick (dizzyness, weakness, and coughing,)from something reoccurring with a putrid smell in the apartment and a person in the hall heckling a fake cough at different times in the front hallway. When I left the apartment at times, the smell went away. I was unable to be there to save him but went through the same suffering myself since I was there shortly before I went to the hospital while he stayed behind for the same illness. The BPD was called a number of times by me from the hospital to have it investigated and to check on him while he was alive, and the BPD did nothing and didn't even call me back for an update. I was only alerted by the hospital staff about his death, and it wasn't sourced from the BPD as told by the hospital staff. Shame on you, BPD! The hospital tests revealed in me were inflammation and lung damage with hypoxia when blood clots happen. My family member got an optopsy, and there was no trace of covid19 in his system, but it was reported as a cardiovascular failure. I bet this illness caused blood clots and caused a cardiovascular issue in the lungs, and he could not breathe and died. His lungs and sinuses were never examined. He was cremated only days later.
