I picked Dr. Culley because she is close to my mom's house and accepts her medical insurance. I am glad I chose her. What I like is that she is the only doctor and the office is small. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have come to my aid several times when I had questions about medications, care etc. for my mom. It is not like other doctors offices where there are several doctors and long waits. They even schedule my mom for blood work once a year through Quest, they will come to the house for my mother's comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Culley if you have an elderly family member that is in need of a good doctor.

Follow up in 2 weeks, he does late nights on Mondays up until 8pm. I was put on waiting list so if there are cancellations they will call me. I was very impressed overall.

One may be reluctant to use these Assistants but I must say I found one of them, Dr Siclari, very thorough, very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Even when I took blood tests she made sure to call me up and give me the results. While she is young, she reminds me of the old time Doctors I used to have who knew you and cared for you with sincerity. With all these walk-ins popping up, some of which I used, you don't get that personal care. So don't have negative connotations about a physician assistant examining you. A RECEPTIONIST calls me and tells me it has to come out, and refers me to a lousy surgeon with malpractice complaints. I make an appointment with the GI who tells me to hold off on on having it removed and performs an endoscopy. It reveals that I have gastritis, the doctor does not prescribe me anything to treat it or never went over the results of the sonogram. Leaving a gallbladder with stones in the ducts can cause pancreatic cancer!!! On top of that gastritis can cause stomach cancer. These people do not care about your health go somewhere else.

She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.

His front desk has always been rude but today was where they crossed the line. The gave us the run around to make sure our insurance was accepted and we did all that they asked. I made three different phone calls to Humana and their office and Paullette from their office said we were good to go. Then we get to the office and the blonde receptionist bluntly says, we don't accept this insurance. I clapped back real quick because I had someone from Humana call their office to confirm just an hour before. My mother has a PPO - she is not playing around so I was not about to let her or her supervisor, Dawn, turn us away because of their own laziness. I get the Humana agent on the line (who was phenomenal) and we together now wait there for another hour for Dawn and her front desk to get their act together. After 75 minutes, we had enough and are about to walk out when they say "Wait! the doctor will see her". I asked is it cleared up? The blonde in the front says "I don't know". Apparently their boss Dave now magically had the power to let my elderly mother see the doctor. Why didn't they do this when we arrived? I didn't want my mom to get now get a huge out of pocket bill so we walked ourselves right out of that mess of a business they think is a medical practice. A note to this office - you are exactly why the American healthcare system is broken. You make insured citizens of this country feel like they have to beg for an appointment to see a mediocre doctor. If you hate your job find a new one. Don't punish patients for your own misery.
