I met Sue and Ken Byington of POKYDOT BOUTIQUE in Pocatello when they visited a shop in Fort Collins CO where I sell cards I hand make. My primary job is working for Dr. Temple Grandin at CSU and I have a small card business on the side. Susan was interested in carrying my cards in her shop and I was so excited to have them in her place of business. I generously gave her 75 of my photo cards, she hand wrote an agreement and said payment would be the 10th of each month. That was on September 2, 2022. I have yet to receive payment, although she said (the one time she actually called me) the cards were selling well. Sue does not answer my emails, texts, and her cell and business phone mailboxes are full. Essentially, my cards were stolen. Other small businesses in Fort Collins will be made aware of these people. They are unethical. I thought I could trust this woman because she has family in Fort Collins (son manages Little Caesars Pizza and their daughter is a nurse). She also came to our meeting with her little granddaughter. Well, lesson learned. I have never had something like this happen in my 10 years of selling cards. So beware when you are dealing with the Byingtons at POKYDOT BOUTIQUE in Pocatello Idaho. You cannot trust them. What kind of people do things like this? What a shame! read more
