I was getting many text messages from a door dash driver that had to wait over 30 minutes for my order because the store was backed up. I was told at the store I would receive two balloon weights and the balloons would be tied in a way that could easily come apart. I received one weight and the balloons were all knotted together. Really didn't want to spend an extra 40 minutes on the day of a party untying knots.

Yet they have advertisements all over saying we deliver! There is literally 3 signs outside, plus 1 as you enter and several more near the balloons... I went to pick up balloons on Christmas Eve for my sons birthday, got there at 11:15 for a 11AM pickup. There were 3 employees helping 1 customer pick out balloons. So I stood there and waited. Another employee said maybe we should give it to him, I do not think that he should come behind the counter, alright fine, as he hands me 1 set at a time. I bring them to my car 1 set at a time and manage to get them all in. After I came back the first time, there was a lady standing at the door with my next batch. I am surprised with the 60+ balloons that I purchased, they did not think to offer to help bring it to my car... Oh well, I know that we will not be coming back to this location ever again.
