The shrimp was great, while the grouper was a little tougher than I would've liked, but that's expected being this far from the coast. Overall, the atmosphere is what really makes this place special. Great riverfront views, a relaxing ambiance, and consistently good food. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

That should tell you something! Both times, we went fairly early for dinner, around 5/5:30pm, and sat at the bar. My boyfriend had the chicken fried rice, and it was so good that I definitely helped myself to more than a few bites! And saki, very delicious sake! The meat was great quality, tender and flavorful, with a delicious, rich sauce that complemented everything perfectly without drowning the dish. My boyfriend ordered the chicken teriyaki, which was also really well prepared and delicious. I'm including pictures, but I have to mention that the portions are fantastic! Some of the photos don't do them justice because we were already digging in before I thought to take pictures! The location is easy to get to, with a small parking lot and some free street parking nearby. We've gone early enough to beat the dinner crowd, but both times we watched the place fill up by the time we left. Clearly, we're not the only ones enjoying it!
