I also highly recommend Sam, one of the massage therapists. Sam does an excellent job of targeting the areas that need attention and always helps relieve the muscle tension that contributes to my lower back pain. The massages are both therapeutic and relaxing, and they've become an important part of my treatment plan. The staff is always friendly, appointments run smoothly, and the office is clean and welcoming. If you're looking for a chiropractic office that offers quality care and a team that truly wants to help you feel your best, I highly recommend Total Health Systems. It's been a great experience for me, and I'm grateful to have found them.

While I would love…read moreto go as often as several times a week, my schedule keeps me from going more than maybe once every two months. But that doesn't make a difference to the staff in the front office. They know me by name and manage to pull out my file without checking to see who I am every time. It amazes me. Dr. Grubb is very thorough. It seems to me that he checks every vertebra in my back. He individually touches them and makes adjustments as necessary. He checks my hips and of course my neck. I never feel as if there is a place that he misses. He also knows his stuff. He will touch a part of me that is out of alignment and ask me a totally unrelated question, or so it seems to me. He knows that little things in your back make big difference elsewhere. I am constantly wowed by his knowledge. Although I know some technology is controversial in the chiropractic field, he also has some of it. One machine he puts on each part of your back and it taps it into place. But he doesn't just let the machine do the work for him, he checks you up after just the same to make sure that everything is in perfect working condition. My favorite part is at the end of my appointment when I get a buffing massage. They have large vibrating pads that they rub your back with and it is amazing. It makes me want to fall asleep. In short, I always feel 100% after visiting Dr. Grubb. He is the best Chiropractor I've ever visited!
